★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kelurahan lain saat pengurusan pecah KK langsung jadi dalam waktu beberapa menit dikerjakan, kelurahan ini ditumpuk sampai berhari2 dan gabisa janjikan kapan selesai. setelah beberapa hari kembali, dibilang bahwa sistem error dan tidak bisa printout dan tidak bisa janjikan kapan selesai lagi. pelayanan yang sangat buruk!
 When the management of the KK was broken, it was done in a few minutes, this kelurahan was piled up for days and I couldn't promise when it would be finished. after a few days back, he said that the system had an error and could not printout and could not promise when it would be finished again. very bad service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berlokasi di citra 3 dengan parkiran yg cukup memadai untuk mobil, motor. Bersih tanaman tertata hijau. Hanya perlu tambahan garis bantu parkir.
Tiket antrian langsung bisa di ambil di tempat yang telah di tentukan, namun gambar di layar perlu diperbaiki.
Petugas sangat membantu, misalnya untuk mengurus perpindahan dari luar kota. Memberitahukan persyaratan secara tertulis contoh lihat di lampiran, proses yg akan di lalui. Ramah dan good looking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kantor yang baru ini terletak di dalam komplek perumahan Citra 3 Pegadungan, Lebih rapih gedungnya, Lebih Luas, mudah2an pengajuan pembuatan KTP dari Resi menjadi eKTP tidak lama jadinya, karena saat ini 6 bulan baru jadi. Siapa tau next time cuma 1 hari jadi.
