★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan bagus,cuma untuk pelayanan operator KTP bahasanya seperti orang yang tak berpendidikan, pemohon yang mengatakan kata "halus dalam tanda kutip" pasti di percepat, tapi yang tak ada tanda kutip pasti pelayanan di belakangkan

SUPER LELET.
Masa Pandemi bukannya orang diatur disediakan tempat duduk yang banyak didalam ruang dan diatur jaraknya supaya tidak bergerombol, ini pelayanannya hanya di depan pintu.
PTSP/PTDP, Pelayanan Depan Pintu? Petugas bolak balik melayani dengan meja bersekat terpal plastik. Masyarakat dibiarkan bergerombol diluar tanpa sistem nomor antrian. Petugas kelurahan didalam sih aman dari Covid, tapi masyarakat yang memerlukan layanan rentan. Beberapa orang mengeluh ngurus dokumen di sana bolak-balik (Sistem Error / TIDAK ADA yang tanda tangan).

During the Pandemic, it was not that people were arranged to be provided with lots of seats in the room and arranged the distance so that they were not clustered, this was the service only at the door.
PTSP / PTDP, Doorstep Service? The clerk back and forth serving with a plastic sheet insulated table. People are left clustered outside without a queue number system. Village officers inside are safe from Covid, but people who need services are vulnerable. Some people have complained about handling documents there back and forth (System Error / NOTHING signature).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pak saya ajukan berkas udah lama untuk pembuatan akte udah 3 x balik dan skrg dateng tanggal 07.07.20 pertama datang 29 06 20....yang rt rt di permudah ketika saya urus sendiri malah data terselip lama banget lagi pencariannnya emng gitu ya klo urus untuk punya pribadi di persulit...sampe berkas ilang atau terselip....sampe jam 14.03 belom bisa ttd registrasi akte...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah cepat untuk perizinan, memakai jakevo (awal memang bingung pakai jakevo)sampai ulang2?, tetapi staf ptsp sangat membantu dan cepat jadi, jg dbritahu kedatangan nya untuk pnjemputan berkas... Smg staf kelurahan tegal alur khususnya dan petugas kelurahan sekecamatan kalideres slalu dalam keadaan sehat dan berkah amin
Alhamdulillah fast for licensing, using jakevo (in the beginning it was confusing to use jakevo) until it was repeated ?, but the ptsp staff were very helpful and fast, also informed of their arrival for file pick-up... May the Tegal sub-district staff in particular flow and sub-district officers from Kalideres sub-district are always on hand good health and blessings

Untuk update atau perubahan data , pengajuan lewat aplikasi alpukat betawi, tentukan tanggal , bawa copy berkas yg diminta dan tinggal pick up kesini.
