★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya urus pencetakan KTPel dengan perubahan data melalui aplikasi alpukat betawi, tgl 15 Juni 2021 saya ambil di kel. Kapuk. Alhamdulillaah langsung bisa diambil. Untuk perubahan foto ktp tdk bisa lewat aplikasi ini, tapi harus ke kantor Sudin di Meruya Utara terlebih dahulu.
 I took care of printing my ID card with data changes through the avocado betawi application, on June 15, 2021 I picked it up at kel. Kapok. Alhamdulilah, it can be taken immediately. You can't change your photo ID through this application, but you have to go to the Sub-Department office in North Meruya first.

Soalnya saya sudah nunggu 2 minggu lebih tapi belum juga dicetak, setiap saya ke sana kata anak yang magang, blangko nya selalu kehabisan

The service is very bad, the staff is not friendly, especially the intern (high school) there is NO manners in terms of calling names to elders like never being taught manners

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat lambat, bikin KTP dari awal Januari sampai hari ini ga kelar2 , 2 kali seminggu kesini disuruh bolak balik. Katanya kemarin blangko blm bisa ambil karna ppkm di pusat. Sekarang uda ga ppkm ada aja alasanya. Defenisi mempersulit anak rantau ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jika tetap datang ambil No antrian ,antri juga setelah antri masukin berkas dulu 3 hari baru bisa ambil ,lalu Guna nya apps alpukat betawi apa yg jelas di situ ada jadwalnya? Setelah saya komplen ke petugas saya di ijinkan masuk dan nyata nya saya lihat beberapa petugas hanya main hp dan makan di saat masyarakat kesulitan untuk datang ke kelurahan mengurus dok penting nya , banyak masyarakat yg kesusahan mikirin transport dan waktu untuk jalan ke kelurahan , kok malah di persulit , sesama manusia setidaknya pikirin manusia yg panas panasan jalan dan antri , apa lagi petugas di bayar harus nya bisa profesional dlm bertugas , apa tidak ada standar operasional nya ? Saya harap tulisan saya di baca dan di jadikan perbaikan bukan merasa anda yg benar atau saya yg benar , tq

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau ada bintang 0, mungkin saya kasih bintang 0. Mohon lebih di efektifkan lagi untuk kerja nya pak, bu. Jika ada siswa magang, tolong dijelaskan ke mereka semua nya. Dan pegawai ada yang stay di depan untuk mempermudah. 7 kali bolak balik ke kelurahan karna informasi yang simpang siur dari siswa itu. Sedangkan kami gak boleh masuk untuk awal pengurusan biar langsung ketemu pegawai kelurahan gitu. Hari ini harus nya tinggal ambil KTP asli, tapi ditanya lagi tentang upload berkas alpukat betawi dan minta berkas asli. Padahal saya udah lalui tahap itu minggu lalu. Dan tadi udah tlp dg petugas nya (karna di wakilkan) malah bilang nya pelayanan terbatas hanya 10 orang. Kalau kayak gitu langsung aja bilang bisa di ambil tapi besok karna pelayanan hanya 10,gitu loh. Ini gak. Pas awal dtg ditanya aplikasi alpukat betawi lagi. Hadehhh

And there are employees who stay in front to make it easier. 7 times back and forth to the village because of confusing information from the student. Meanwhile, we were not allowed to enter for the initial management so that we could directly meet the village officials. Today, all you have to do is take the original ID card, but I was asked again about uploading the avocado betawi file and asked for the original file. I already went through that stage last week. And earlier on the phone with the officer (because he was represented) instead said that the service was limited to only 10 people. If that's the case, just say you can take it but tomorrow because the service is only 10, that's how it is. It's not. At the beginning, I was asked about the Betawi avocado application again. Hadehhh
