I payed for 2 days, and I only stayed 4 hours. (3 hours outside the hotel and 1 hours busy to spray coackroach). I check out the room! Cause i cant sleeping with coackroach!
Even the room had sprayed, the coackroach is still coming out, and i cant breathe because of the air already full by coackroach spray.
They didnt give any responsibility such as changing the room or compesation or anything else, seems like this is normal to staying with the coackroach.
Really bad experience hotel i ever had.

β β β β β Bad service, limited parking space even they didnt help you to get parking place if your bring a car there. Smoky smell on room, i'm at 8th floor even tho non smoking room.

β β β β β (+) Nice location, in city center, walkable from Sarinah, Djakarta Theater, and Grand Indonesia
(+) Rooms was big and clean (the deluxe twin)
(+) Designated space for smoking in lobby
(+) lot of TV channels
(+) hot water works fine
(+) big towel, absorbs water easily
(+) extra pillows!

I had a quite nice stay and sleep here, but I feel unhappy to know that I was moved to a deluxe twin room, instead of a deluxe double room that my friend and I had booked before. They said that there was a problem with their booking system so I had to move to another room type.
When I arrived there to check-in, there was also a problem with their computer, so we had to wait around 20-30 minutes from the earliest check-in time (14:00), and we had to ask another card later at night to open the door.
Wi-Fi was so-so, it was too slow to open YouTube, so we just using our mobile data.
On the second day, we moved to the superior room that was smaller, but still on the same floor. They put a sign that there will be fine of IDR 500,000 for everyone who smoke in the room. But when we checked the bathroom on our room, it reeks of cigarettes. I don't mind with the smells since I am also smoking, but I am afraid if I get blamed and fined for the thing I didn't do. I talks with the receptionist because I don't want to be the one to be blamed, as it is definitely was from the previous room's user, but he said that, "it's okay".
In my new room, the clock on the wall was also stopped working, but that's not quite a problem.
The coffee sachet for in-room drinking is only for one person even if I booked for two people, no amenities like sandals.
My major disappointment was to know that we were put on a same floor with everyone who are in 5-6 days quarantine after returning back from overseas. The regular guest also had to use the same lift as the others who are on quarantine. This makes me feels unsafe even if the receptionist said that they only accept people whose PCR test found negative on the airport. But, is it okay to combine the floor and lift with some people on quarantine as we already know that the virus might take 5-7 days to active?

But cleanliness truly needs improvement.
Got stains everywhere on the bed sheet, stains similar like coffee stains, shoes stains.
A bit dusty inside the room.
Corridor smells .
The toilet was clogged.

After i check in, i found the room is not clean the toilet, how can a hotel did that during the Covid time?
Itβs nice that hotel change the room for me.
Soundproof is very bad. I can hear the room next to me chatting and laughing at morning while i still at sleep at 5:45.
I immediately call counter but I donβt see any improve.
I order a drink and the man said he will return the change to me. I donβt receive until i go to find him by myself. I also call counter to tell the situation but counter didnβt do anything!

β β β β β I had already booked a room and paid via transfer. But when I arrived in the D-day, the staff said currently the hotel was overbooked ?ββοΈ maybe because of the guest who booked through an app will have less priority than the one who come directly physically (even already paid the room). Initially I try to get good experience for the first time with this hotel but I truly have worse experience because this kind of treatment happened.

β β β β β Bad experience over cafe on Grand floor. If you look for promotional coffee don't order there. The girl serve us two cups of the 2000k capuccino charge us 50 k.
Felt bad and abuse of their guests.
Go harvest close to it much better quality you can get!!!

β β β β β Nice hotel with strategic location. Health protocols are implemented properly such as hand sanitizer at several point. The Lobby is simple and quite small with beautiful light above. The room is clean and comfy. The view from the room is amazing. But i didnβt like the design of the pillow, its not comfortable for me. And the bed and pillow is smelly.
