Breakfast is good.
Swimming pool is need to be clean properly. Ladies changing room near swimming pool is clean but toilet was locked and some piping at washtafel need to be change due to water leak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We chose the Sari Pacific to stay for our Quarantine / Repatriation stay in Jakarta for 5 days & 4 nights.
From our greeting to our final day, the team at the Sari Pacific were of the highest professional standard. For our purpose, the hygeine standards were outstanding.
We were in a Pacific Suite which was very comfortable and everything worked well. When we did have any hiccup (such as the Drinking Water supply stopping) the Engineering team were in our room within 10 minutes and fixed it without issue.
We can only speak positively of the entire team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very much enjoy our weekend stay in your renew hotel room. Service was excellent, chick in and check out very fast. Hotel was clean. And of course Sari Deli is an extra treat, new store very nice. We shall return and expecting the great experience again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are all lovely, friendly, and helpful. Location is great, in the heart of Jakarta. Too bad, the building is lacking of maintenance, old carpets, peeled paint here and there, and the walls are not soundproof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pleasant stay here. A good place to stay, it's located in the center of jakarta, near Sarinah (walk distance around 300 m), easy to access public transportation, and you can see many high buildings. It has a nice pool and has a beautiful view in pool area
The food is nice, the room is also good and has bathub, the wifi is good (fast enough to do online meeting & share screen), the service is excellent (i had a problem with electricity but the front office and the engineers are super responsive, good job!).
The concierge is also very responsive and very friendly, praise to the concierge officer Mr. Richad who is very helpful and friendly ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in for quarantine of course not expecting much. But it was really bad first the breakfast was never according to the order given, for the Indian food such as rice or chapati which weren't available most of the time. Overall I had a major problem for food and the rest was good. Good food is kinda a very important part of an hotel so I expected far better from a 5 star hotel. Hope to see it improve

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are a little old, but it was clean and the view from the window is nice and helps to ease boredom during quarantine. The food was also pretty good, but I wish that there were more vegetables/fruits included with each meal or maybe make a vegetarian option available. For 2 people, they only give 4 x 600 mL of water each day as a default, which is not adequate. Fortunately, the hotel has always promptly provided us with more water on request.
Overall a good stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a mixed feeling at the beginning. The room had obviously its glorious days, but the hotel tries its best to maintain it. After the next few days, you just don't really aware of its outdated room style and furniture, as other services were excellent. The personnel are very friendly, the laundry service, housekeeping, security and room service team are professional. They made up the low points of room condition and furniture. I think they are the important assets of the hotel. Special thanks also to Mrs Melinda who assisted me in the check in, check out and handling of my requests. Thank you for everything !!
