★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumah saya di Jl AUP barat, ke puskes pasar Minggu tidak sampai 1 menit udah sampai karena dekat, tapi setiba di sana disuruh ke puskes jatipadang karena masuknya alamat di jati padang, padahal kondisi lagi sakit terus hujan hujan pake motor bawa istri dan anak juga usia 1 tahun, terimakasih pelayananya
 My house is on Jl AUP barat, to the Pasar Minggu community health center, it took less than 1 minute to arrive because it was close, but when I got there I was told to go to the Jatipadang Community Health Center because the address was entered in Jati Padang, even though the condition was sick and it was raining again using a motorbike to bring my wife and children with age 1 year, thank you for the service

Dentists don't have the soul to serve, even though we use BPJS it doesn't mean you can serve us without ethics !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali berobat di sini pakai BPJS, pelayanannya bagus. Adminnya ramah, dokternya jg ramah sekali. Prosesnya juga cukup cepat, mungkin karena pengunjungnya tidak terlalu ramai juga.
Overall saya cukup puas berobat di sini.
The first time I was treated here was using BPJS, the service was good. The admin is friendly, the doctor is very friendly too. The process is also quite fast, maybe because the visitors aren't too crowded either.
Overall I am quite satisfied with treatment here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puskesmas jelek banget pelayanannya. Itu sdm nya pada ga punya etika ya? Apalagi bapak² yang jaga loket daftar, mending gausah kerja deh pak bikin jelek citra puskesmas aja. Cuma dokternya aja yang ramah sisanya malu2in.
The health center has very bad service. That tbs doesn't have ethics, right? Moreover, the gentlemen who are guarding the registration counter, it's better if you don't work, sir, to make the image of the puskesmas bad. Only the doctor is friendly, the rest are shy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buat pemerintah setempat gimana nih? Ini puskesmas pelayanan terburuk. Selama ini denger dari tetangga saya tentang rumah sakit ini cara melayani gratis atau BPJS saya pikir salah. Ternyata bener, tadi coba vaksin disana pelayanan nya kacau jutek, gak ada ramah nya sama sekali
What about the local government? This is the worst health center. So far, I have heard from my neighbors about this hospital, how to serve it for free or BPJS, I think is wrong. It turned out to be true, I tried the vaccine there, the service was messy, there was no friendliness at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasien suruh nunggu diluar, tapi didalem bukannya kerja malah ngobrol. Pantesan lama! SDM nya buruk bgt, gak ada orang yang lebih normal buat kerja disini ya? Apalagi loketnya, cuma minta rujukan aja lama banget, pas ditegur baru dikerjain. Pengalaman buruk banget deh sama puskesmas ini. Cm dokternya saja yg baik.. Sisanya ampunnn deh. Apalagi yg ada di loket. Mending gak ush kerja kalo cuma ngobrol doang, kasian orang sakit nungguin surat rujukan aja dilayaninnya lama banget padahal pasien saat itu gak terlalu rame. Masih banyak orang waras + punya hati nurani yang mau kerja buat gantiin jaga loket. Jelek banget sumpah ini puskesmas, next time yang mau kesini mikir mikir dulu deh

Only the doctor is good.. the rest is sorry. Especially the one at the counter. It's better not to work if you're just talking, it's a shame that sick people wait for a referral letter to serve it for a very long time even though the patients at that time weren't too busy. There are still many sane people + conscience who want to work to replace guard counters. It's really bad I swear this is a health center, next time those who want to come here think about it first
