★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mau minta surat rujukan buat ke rmh sakit. Susah nya minta ampun.malah di suruh minum obat lg dr puskes.dengan alesan qlo cuma radang ngapain mesti ke rmh sakit.
Padahal sebelum nya dokter bilang nanti qlo obat nya udh abis, dan masih blom sembuh jga, baru saya kasih rujukan.tp nyata nya malah di suruh minum obat lg.dan satu lg, knpa harus bayar parkir, sedangkan parkirannya ga diatur.cuma mau enk terima duit parkir nya aja.kerja nya males.
 I want to ask for a referral letter to the hospital. It's hard to ask forgiveness. In fact, I was told to take more medicine from the health center. For the reason that if it's just inflammation, why do you have to go to the hospital.
Even though before that the doctor said that later when the medicine was finished, and it still hasn't healed, I'll just give you a referral. just accept the parking money. the work is lazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Birokrasi yang berbelit belit , petugas kebanyakan maen handphone ketika pasien sedang banyak banyaknya . informasi yang tidak akurat kepada pasien, terlebih perihal VAKSiN.
tolong diperbaiki cara management puskesmas dan lebih menghargai pasien pasienya
The bureaucracy is convoluted, the officers mostly play with cellphones when there are a lot of patients. inaccurate information to patients, especially regarding VACCINE.
please improve the way the puskesmas manages and respects the patients more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan KIA nya tolong diperbaiki lagi cara pemeriksaan dan sikap nya, gak ada salah nya kan untuk bicara dan bersikap ramah sama pasien terutama ibu hamil..
Please improve the MCH service and the way of examination and attitude, there's nothing wrong with talking and being friendly with patients, especially pregnant women..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sebagai ojol sangat kecewa untuk ngambil surat rujukan harus nungguin 30menit buat pelanggan saya, sedangkan sudah di janjian sehari sebelumnya. Saya sudah biasa ngambil 5 x di tempat puskesmas lainnya cepat datang langsung dikasih. Tolong di perbaiki tingkat kerja

As an ojol, I was very disappointed to take the referral letter and had to wait 30 minutes for my customer, whereas it was made an appointment the day before. I used to take 5 times at other health centers, quickly came and given it. Please improve the work rate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya buruk ya, untuk antigen bnr2 kasar..pcr nya hrsnya tenggorokkn jga hidung, ni pcr hidung jga kyk antigen. Baru booster mau minta obat malah di suruh antigen alhasil positiv lah pst krn efek booster msh ada kyk bapil dan demam..ya tlg lah di perbaiki, sopan santun di pakai, jgn krn mentang2 gratis kasar bgt antigen nya
The service is bad, yes, for rough antigens.. the pcr should be in the throat, not the nose, this nose pcr is not like antigen. Just when the booster wanted to ask for medicine, he was even asked to have an antigen, so it was positive, pst because the booster effect is still there, it looks like a baby and has a fever.. so please fix it, use good manners, don't say it's free, the antigen is rough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of public health facilities at bintara jaya. Limited parking area, better use bicycle or motor or public transportation. The employee type not friendly, need to be trained how to treat people. The area is clean per 5 mar 22 people can come to register or take booster vaccine (bring your ID card and copy of that ID too), there is other people take 1st or 2nd vaccine (for kids you need to bring the copy of your familycard /kk). Vaccine for Free
