★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puskesmas nya sangat susah buat ngasih rujukan. Alm ibu saya pertama diperiksa diagnosa batuk rejan. Dikasih obat pulang.klo blm sembuh suruh balik.sampai ke 3x sama akhirnya datang ke 4 klinya baru dikasih rujukan ke rsud. Saya tahu mungkin itu adalah prosedur krn ibu pake askes. Tapi coba cek kondisi pasien.udah pucet banget. Bener aja di rsud di transfusi hbis 4 kolf krn hb cuma 3. Dan diagnosanya kanker hati stadium akhir .lanjut ke sardjito sampai akhirnya sudah tdk tertolong.

I wonder why people who know the officers can directly vaccinate while those who don't know can not vaccinate what kind of vaccine is the way the purworejo health center vaccinator works here I go home angry and disappointed with the vaccine from the government free for anyone not for those who know the officers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohon ditingkatkan kualitas petugasnya, terutama prtugas vaksin. Saya kecewa dalam satu hari 2 kali diberikan pelayanan yang sangat tidak ramah. Saya paham mereka lelah dengan banyaknya antrian yang harus divaksin, tapi saya kira mereka harus profesional dan tidak melampiaskan emosinya pada orang yang mendaftar vaksin.
Selain itu prosedur vaksinnya masih tetap tidak jelas dan berantakan. Mohon segera diperbaiki agar daoat dilercaya masyarakat kembali.
Please improve the quality of the staff, especially the vaccine staff. I was disappointed in one day 2 times given very unfriendly service. I understand they are tired of the many queues that have to be vaccinated, but I think they should be professional and not take their emotions out on people who register for vaccines.
In addition, the vaccine procedure remains unclear and messy. Please fix it immediately so that the community can trust again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit tgl18/12/2019. Kecewa! Bapak saya sakit post stroke dapat rujukan balik ke fktp.. dan setelah kembali tensi tingi gula darah tinggi. Obat yang biasa diberikan dengan dosis 1 dikasih 1/2. Rujukan susah.! Minta rujukan susah sekali... kami biasanya periksa fisioterapi.. dan untuk periksa ke rehab medik jadwalnya terbatas... ketika batas wktu rujukan habis dsrh mnta runjukan lagi susah sekali.. padahal bapak masih perlu terapi....

Layanan puskesmas biasanya di buka jam 7 pagi... Untuk pendaftaran sudah di antisipasi sama banyak orng jadi cepat.. dan sekarang setiap pelayanan menggunakan speaker.. jadi kalau anak mainan bisa terdengar pangilan obat dll...
Jangan lupa ambil no antrian ya.....
Ambilnya pakai mesin...
Pembedanya ada dua... 1. Untuk Lansia
2. Non lansia... Nanti di pendaftaran setelah d panggil baru dtanya bpjs apa umum .. oke gaes....
Ada tempat bermain anak dan ayunan sederhana juga...
