★ ★ ★ ★ ★ petugas ruang pendaftaran kurang senyumnya kpd pengunjung puskesmas.sepertinya ptgs nya cuma honorer..dokternya pns ramah2 semua..tolong kpd instansi terkait ptgs ruang pendaftran bpjs atau tunai di ganti saja sama yg pengalamn murah senyum dan tdk judes kpd pengunjung.budayakan 3s senyum.sapa dan salam...itu aja...utamakan pelayanan kpd masyarakat ...thanks.
the registration room clerk is less smiling to puskesmas visitors. it seems that the ptgs are only honorary ... the doctors are all friendly ... please help the related institutions of ptgs registration room bpjs or cash in the same as the one who experiences cheap smiles and is not bitchy to visitors. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ aksesnya mudah dijangkau.tepat dipinggir jalan jadi kalo via angkot pun turun dari angkot 05 udah langsung didepan gerbang atau bisa sekalian masuk angkotnya kalau ari supirnya.untuk fasilitas sudah lumayan lengkap.sudah banyak perkembangan dari puskesmas ini . tempat parkirnya luas cukup aman juga. tapi pelayanan dokter menurut saya kurang memuaskan meriksanya kadang cuma diliat doang saya jadi suka pangling ini dokter apa dukun overal oke cukup murah emang tapi ga murahan . mudah mudahan ditingkatkan lagi semuanya kecuali tarifnya biar yang sakit tapi susah berobat kadang hutang injem kaya kamu kamu ga terbebani biar ga udah jatoh tertimpa sendal. udah sakit terbebani sekian. maaf kalo ulasan saya ga bermanfaat efek lagi gaada kerjaan
access is easy to reach. right on the side of the road so if via angkot it comes down from angkot 05 already directly in front of the gate or can all enter the angkot if the driver. for facilities is quite complete. there have been many developments from this puskesmas. the parking lot is quite safe too. but the doctor's service in my opinion is not satisfactory, sometimes I just see it, I like to be a pangling doctor, what is an overal dukun, it's quite cheap, but not cheap hopefully everything will be improved except the tariff so that the sick, but it is difficult to get medical treatment, sometimes your debt debt is high, you are not burdened so that you have not lost your share of sandals. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugas registrasi BPJS tidak ada ramah2nyaa, apa karena saya pengguna BPJS? Maaf itu gabisa jadi alasan, karna saya juga bayar BPJS. Capek? Gaada kerja yg gak capek. Capek adalah bagian dari kerja,tugas anda. Senyum,ramah sudah bagian dari profesional kerja dan tanggung jawab Anda. 'harusnya mengerti jadi bagian reg itu capek' Sekali lagi itu adalah bagian dari tugas anda,anda pun di gaji, bukan cuma anda yang capek, tapi semua petugas juga capek tapi mereka ttp ramah, melayani dengan baik.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk, terutama dokter yg jaga yang perempuan , saya sedang anter berobat bapak saya tp dokter tersebut tidak mau periksa bahkan suruh menghadap belakang seakan akan jijik , padahal saya berharap mau berobat agar di rawat malah di suruh pulang , tolong kalo tidak mau melayani yang sakit jangan jadi dokter aja mbak

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugas pelayanan BPJS tidak ada sopan santun sama sekali, tidak menerapkan 5S , kecewa sih pelayanan puskesmas sampe segitunya, blm lagi dokter baca surat dari dokter lain ngomongnya katanya kaya ceker ayam, masih bagusan ceker ayam pdhl itu didepan cust loh ga ada etika sama sekali ngomongnya. Benar2 kecewa sih sama pelayanannya.
Mau pasien umum ataupun BPJS tolong layanin dgn baik, apalagi anda berpendidikan yg diajarkan etika menghadapi pasien.
The BPJS service officer has no manners at all, doesn't apply 5S, I'm disappointed that the puskesmas service has gone to that extent, yet the doctor reads a letter from another doctor and says it's like chicken claws, it's still good with chicken feet, pdhl is in front of customers, there's no etiquette at all. . Really disappointed with the service.
Want general patients or BPJS please serve well, especially if you are educated who are taught ethics in dealing with patients.
