★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yg buruk di bagian nurse stasion.
Pertama kali ksini dan blum mengerti sistem nya bagaimana makanya saya bertanya, ketika bertanya malah di bentak dan nada bicaranya yg tinggi itu membuat saya tidak nyaman, btw yg bertugas pada saat itu perempuan dan sdikit sudah brusia. Seperti tidak niat bekerja dan melayani pasien.
Tolong perbaiki etitude dan pelayananya!

It's the first time I'm here and I don't understand the system yet, that's why I asked, when I asked, I was shouted at and in a high-pitched voice that made me uncomfortable, btw, the one on duty at that time was a woman and a little bit already Russian. Like no intention of working and serving patients.
Please improve the attitude and service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dulu ramah banget, sekarang kaya gak punya attitude. Ngomong nada tinggi, nyentak judes. Coba deh perbaiki lagi, liat rate disini juga banyak yang komplen. Fasilitas udah bagus sangat di sayangkan aja petugasnya

The queue is regular for BPJS patients, the doctors are quick to respond.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secara struktur oke dari pandaftaran sampai pengambilan obat, cuma untuk dokter nya terutama poli gigi. Di jadwal kan dari jam 8 sudah operasional sama seperti poli lain, namun kenapa selalu telat. Jam 9 bari di panggil nomor 1.
Structurally okay from registration to taking medication, only for the doctor, especially the dental clinic. It's scheduled from 8 o'clock to operate the same as other polyclinics, but why is it always late? At 9 o'clock, call number 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman pertama berkunjung ke pkm bogut. Tujuan utk cek lab kehamilan dan saya tidak memakai BPJS jadi bayar umum. Petugas labnya baik namun setelah hasil lab keluar saya disuruh utk periksa lebih lanjut k pelayanan di poli KIA. Sikap bidannya sungguh sangat tidak nyaman. Bidannya bicara dengan nada tinggi, seharusnya melayani ibu hamil dengan ramah tamah. Bukannya dibentak malah makin stress. Tolong perbaiki atttudenya dalam melayani masyarakat. anda itu dibuat digaji pemerintah utk melayani masyarakat dengan sepenuh hati
First experience visiting PKM Bogut. The purpose is to check the pregnancy lab and I don't use BPJS so I pay the public. The lab staff was good but after the lab results came out I was told to check further with the service at the KIA poly. The attitude of the midwife was really uncomfortable. The midwife spoke in a high tone, supposed to serve pregnant women with hospitality. Instead of being yelled at, it's even more stressful. Please improve the atttude in serving the community. You were made to be paid by the government to serve the community wholeheartedly
