★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya agak ragu karna bnyak review negatif tentang kanim ini tapi karna udah trlanjur daftar online yasudah datang saja,. Foto, wawancara singkat, selsai. Suruh ambil paspor 3 hari kerja. Pas udah hari H, datang lagi ke kantor ambil paspor, udah gitu aja. Beres dan lancar. Terimakasih.
At first I was a little hesitant because there were a lot of negative reviews about this kanim, but since I already registered online, I just came. Photo, short interview, done. Ask to take the passport 3 working days. When it was D-day, I came back to the office to get my passport, that's all. Fine and smooth. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya cenderung sepi namun tetap nyaman; apalagi saat itu antrian tidak terlalu banyak sehingga membuat proses pembuatan paspor berasa cepat ... mulai dari (1) antri; (2) screening dokumen awal; (3) pengambilan foto dan (4) wawancara, hanya memakan waktu sekira 20 menit.
Pelayanannya juga bagus, ramah dan komunikatif.

The place tends to be quiet but still comfortable; especially at that time the queue was not too much so it made the process of making passports feel fast ... starting from (1) queuing; (2) screening of initial documents; (3) taking photos and (4) interviewing, only took about 20 minutes.
The service is also good, friendly and communicative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya mohon di tingkat kan pak, mau daftar susah banget pake aplikasi gak ada gunanya kuota habis terus padahal gak ada orang yang daftar di imigrasi nya, tiap Jumat di tungguin eh gak dapet terus, di datengin malah di suruh balik lagi sama satpam nya suruh daftar online lagi udah tau susah ! Bukannya di bantu di tunjukin ke ruang informasi ke apa gitu...
Mending di Sukabumi enak pelayanan nya di kasih arahan disuruh masuk dulu ama satpam nya suruh tanya ke help desk nya

The service from the first time I came to immigration started from the customer service and also to the head of the Cianjur immigration office. This is the best service to protect people who are in need of help regarding passports. I always pray for the best for all who work at this immigration. I am incredibly proud as an Indonesian citizen to have a helper for people who are in need. Hopefully tired of always repaying the kindness of this Cianjur immigration
