★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barang bisa ambil sendiri, sering belanja disini. Tapi agak kecewa kemarin, ada rentengan kopi yg jumlahnya udah berkurang 2. Harusnya 12 pcs cuma 10 pcs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sembako nya komplit bisa ambil sendiri , seperti di swalayan , kasir nya cukup jadi tidak terlalu lama antri, sayang tempat tidak bisa di perluas , kadang senggolan sama pelanggan lain hahaha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini tempat belanja utk warung kelontong dan angkringan krn harganya lebih miring drpd di swalayan yg murah dan RAMAI sekalipun. Tp ya ga selengkap swalayan jg sih, biasanya ya item2 yg dijual di warung kelontong gitu lah, rokok, minum2an rencengan, saus, jajanan, bumbu2, sembako, dll..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salah satu kasir yang laki2 di toko ini menyebutkan nominal yang harus saya bayar sebesar Rp. 275.000. Namun ketika saya tanya, "Itu totalnya pas Rp. 275.000 ? (sambil saya ingin melihat total belanja saya di layar komputer dia)". Setelah saya lihat, ternyata nominal yang harus saya bayar seharusnya adalah Rp. 273.200. Jadi ada selisih bayar Rp. 1.800,-
Mungkin karena si kasir itu merasa malu sendiri, lalu kasir itu berkata pada saya, "Ya kan nanti tak susuki" (sambil kasir itu meracau racau). Seolah olah kasir itu ingin menutupi kesalahan dia dengan cara meracaunya itu. Sampai saya bilang ke kasir itu, "Biasa aja Mas. Aku punya kok, uang pas". Lalu kasir itu terdiam.
Buat pemilik atau manajemen Toko Dela Mas ini, mohon untuk mengevaluasi lagi kinerja kasir nya itu. Karena selain cara bicaranya yang tidak sopan, kasir itu menyebutkan nominal harga yang harus dibayar pun tidak sesuai dengan total harga asli nya (melebihi dari nominal yang seharusnya konsumen bayar). Setelah ketahuan, malah kasir itu yang marah2. Seharusnya justru saya yang berhak marah, karena kasir itu menyuruh saya untuk membayar melebihi total harga sesungguhnya.
Kasir tidak boleh menyuruh konsumen untuk membayar lebih dari total harga sesungguhnya. KASIR HANYA BOLEH MENYEBUTKAN NOMINAL TOTAL HARGA SESUNGGUHNYA. Terlepas konsumen nya mau kasih uang pas atau lebih, itu hak mutlak konsumen. Tinggal nanti kasir yang harus memberikan uang kembalian, jika terdapat selisih lebih. BUKAN MALAH MENYURUH KONSUMEN MEMBAYAR NOMINAL YANG LEBIH DARI SEHARUSNYA.
Di toko manapun, seorang kasir hanya menyebutkan angka yang harus dibayar oleh konsumen sesuai dengan yang tertera di layar komputer saja, bukan menyuruh bayar lebih besar dari nominal yang seharusnya dibayar, karena itu sama saja dengan korupsi.

Because in addition to his impolite way of speaking, the cashier stated that the nominal price to be paid was not in accordance with the original total price (more than the nominal that the consumer should have paid). After being caught, even the cashier was angry. I should have the right to be angry, because the cashier told me to pay more than the actual total price.
The cashier may not ask the customer to pay more than the actual total price. CASHIER CAN ONLY SPECIFY THE REAL NOMINAL TOTAL PRICE. Regardless of whether the consumer wants to give the exact amount or more, that is the absolute right of the consumer. It's just the cashier who has to give the change, if there is more difference. IT'S NOT EVEN ORDERING THE CONSUMER TO PAY A NOMINATION THAT IS MORE THAN SHOULD.
In any store, a cashier only mentions the number that must be paid by the consumer according to what is printed on the computer screen, not asking to pay more than the nominal that should be paid, because that is tantamount to corruption.
