★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kami di soft play tadi siang, disana ada banyak sekali anak anak dan bahkan orangtua yg membawa makanan minuman ke dalam dan memakannya. Saat anak kami minta beli kentang goreng di CFC dan makan di dalam. Pegawai perempuan mengeingatkan saya meminta untuk makan diluar. Padahal yang makan disana banyak dan saya lihat tidak ada yg diingatkan sama sekali. Saya tanua kenapa yg diingatkan hanya saya, jawabannya karena saya membawa nampang. Saya jawab saya tidak membawa nampang. Lalu pegawai tersebut mengelak bilang ada sambalnya, saya jawab yg lain tadi juga ada dan boleh makan. Pegawai itu masih menjawab, yg lain sudah diingatkan tapi masih nakal.
Mohon dengan sangat, perlakukan semua pengunjung sama. Kami diingatkan dan yg lain tidak. Membuat kami merasa tidak nyaman. Terimakasih sudah membaca ulasana saya.
We were at the soft play this afternoon, there were lots of children and even parents who brought food and drinks inside and ate them. When our son asked to buy fries at CFC and eat inside. The female employee reminded me to ask to eat out. Even though there were many who ate there and I saw no one was reminded at all. I'm old why I'm the only one being reminded, the answer is because I brought a tray. I replied I did not bring a tray. Then the employee evaded saying there was chili sauce, I replied that the others were also there and were allowed to eat. The employee still answered, the others had been warned but were still naughty.
Please, treat all visitors the same. We are reminded and others are not. Made us feel uncomfortable. Thank you for reading my review.
