★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ada layanan order via WA untuk mempermudah pemesanan tapi balesnya lama setengah mati... bisa hampir 2 jam baru dibalas setelah dichat terus. Padahal gak sekali dua kali pesen via WA. Dan gak cuma sekali kejadian gini. Pernah karena dichat gak bales-bales dan tukang saya ngontak terus butuh material akhirnya jam istirahat kerja terpaksa nyamperin ke tokonya... ? dan yang pegang WA jg santai aja gak gimana2...
Semoga makin baik pelayanannya
There is an order service via WA to make it easier to order but the replies take a long time... it can take almost 2 hours to reply after being chatted. Even though not once or twice ordered via WA. And it's not just this one time. Once because the chat didn't reply and my handyman kept in touch and needed materials, finally during the work break I was forced to go to the shop... and those who hold WA are also relaxed, it's okay...
Hopefully the service will be better
