★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad serve. My document came to this branch from Jakarta on Monday, but until one week they didnt send the document to my house. Till I go to this branch, and asking for my document. They said still in warehouse. If I not angry to them they still hold my document. How small and how slim the good, you must shipping it on time. The document so much important, and all mess up. I was not free to take it. Thats why I using this logistic, but so unlucky I got damn moment. This is first and last for me to use this logistic. They even not apologize to me. What kind of people doing job here. Such not professional.
