★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat amat buruk! Saya mendapatkan diskrimansi oleh pegawai teller (teller baru sepertinya karena perempuan). Biasanya dilayani oleh laki2. Lalu 2 teller perempuan pun sepanjang saya menunggu antrian kerjaannya gosipin nasabah lain. Bukankah itu sebuah rahasia yang tidak layak didengar oleh umum (?) Saya tidak akan sebutkan siapa nama perempuan teller itu. Karena saya sudah tidak akan menggunakan BNI Syariah lagi! Terima kasih
Very very bad service! I received discrimination from teller employees (new tellers seem to be women). Usually served by men. Then there were 2 female tellers as long as I waited in line for other customers to talk about their jobs. Isn't that a secret that is not worthy of being heard by the public (?) I will not mention the name of the woman teller. Because I will no longer use BNI Syariah! thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mencoba untuk mendepositokan dana saya di sini, kegiatan bank tidak terlalu ramai di banding Bank Bank Syariah lainnya seperti bank Syariah Mandiri, tempatnya nyaman namun agak sempit,
Customer Servis ada di lantai dua,mungkin kedepannya bisa di maksimalkan sehingga antara customer Servis dan teller tidak beda lantai.
Petugasnya ramah dan murah senyum , terutama satpam nya yang selalu mengucapkan salam saat saya masuk dan keluar Bank.

Customer Service is on the second floor, maybe in the future it can be maximized so that customer service and tellers do not differ on the floor.
The officers are friendly and smiling, especially the security guard who always greets me when I enter and leave the bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sepi tapi lama pelayanannya nih. antrian cs padahal cuma 3. tapi udah hampir setengah jam belum ada pergerakan. oiya ada berita penting nih, segera tukarkan kartu lama anda mumpung masih gratis.
quiet but the service takes a long time. cs queue even though only 3. but it's been almost half an hour there has been no movement. oh yes there is important news, immediately exchange your old card while it is still free.
