You can't call the central CS, you can't call Tangerang CS. Packages have been 3 times failed delivery. Then where was the w package sent, woi? Very bad service y?

Slow and bad service. The period from Tangerang to Tangerang is canceled and the delivery continues. And there is no confirmation from the cs or courier. Even though my cellphone is active and stays at home all the time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengiriman si oke tapi kenapa kurir sap meminta saya untuk membawa KTP trus sama dia di foto apakah itu sebagai barang bukti paket telah di terima oleh costumer ? Dan kenapa harus KTP ya untuk kurir nya atas nama Abdul Gofur sekali lagi izin bertanya ??
Delivery is okay, but why did the courier ask me to bring an ID card and then with him in the photo, is it proof that the package has been received by the customer? And why do you need an ID card for the courier on behalf of Abdul Gofur, once again, permission to ask ??
