Untuk ukuran kost, ruangannya cukup luas dengan ventilasi udara yg baik karena di setiap kamarnya terdapat balkon/teras. Cocok untuk persinggahan newly wed yang sedang mencari tempat tinggal baru ?

Sudah tersedia tempat tidur, rak sepatu kecil, lemari pakaian yang besar dengan kaca full body, laci penyimpanan, TV, dan meja - kursi kerja. Selama saya kost, saya membawa tambahan dispenser, meja makan dengan 2 kursi dan treadmill ?

Wifi yang speednya ok (bisa Netflix-an) dan jaringannya relatif cukup baik, tersedia water heater di kamar mandi, laundry setiap Senin - Jumat, keamanan 24 jam, serta parkir motor dan mobil yang luas (dengan biaya parkir tambahan). Keamanan 24 jam ini membuat saya merasa aman mengirimkan barang belanja online ke kost ?

Tersedia kamar harian. Selama saya tinggal disini, saya sudah menyewanya 5x untuk keluarga dan kerabat ?

Terdapat dapur lengkap dengan kulkas di setiap lantai.

Berada di jalan buntu sehingga tidak banyak lalu lalang kendaraan (mobil masih bisa putar balik di depan, atau buka garasi kost untuk putar balik).

Meskipun sudah 2 tahun 7 bulan, masih ada beberapa member kost yang masa tinggalnya lebih lama dari saya. Terbukti nyamannya ?

Where I lived for 2 years and 7 months in Jakarta with my husband. I highly recommend if you are looking for a boarding house that is fairly close and strategic to downtown Jakarta.

For boarding size, the room is quite spacious with good air ventilation because in each room there is a balcony / terrace. Suitable for newly wed stopovers who are looking for a new place to live ?

There is a bed, a small shoe rack, a large wardrobe with full body glass, a storage drawer, a TV and a desk - a work chair. During my boarding, I brought an extra dispenser, a dining table with 2 chairs and a treadmill ?

Wifi is ok (can be Netflix's) and the network is relatively good, available water heater in the bathroom, laundry every Monday - Friday, 24-hour security, as well as extensive car and motorcycle parking (with additional parking fees). This 24-hour security makes me feel safe sending goods online shopping to the boarding ?

Daily rooms available. During my stay here, I have rented it 5 times for my family and relatives ?

There is a full kitchen with a fridge on each floor.

Being in a dead end so there is not much passing vehicles (cars can still turn back in front, or open a boarding garage to make a U-turn).

Even though it's been 2 years and 7 months, there are still some boarding members who have a longer stay than me. Proven comfort ?
