★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kostnya nyaman banget sih menurut aku, fasilitasnya lengkap, udah ada yg setrika dan laundry bajunya, dapur, kulkas, air minum, ada buat parkir motor juga, deket ke jalan, warung makan, fasilitas umum kaya halte busway, strategis deh pokoknya. dari segi harga sih wort it lah buat di daerah Jakarta...rekomend banget buat yg lagi nyari kosan. Pemiliknya juga baik, kalau ada keluhan apapun langsung tanggap pokoknya the best! ?

Wifi-nya kenceng bgt, udah ada cuci gosok dan ada penjaga kos yg bersihin kost. Overall, helpful banget gak ribet cuma perlu bawa koper isi baju sisanya udah diurus. Koh Cahyo owner-nya fast response kalau ada problem terkait kost.

The wifi is really fast, there is already washing and scrubbing and there is a boarding housekeeper who cleans the boarding house. Overall, very helpful, not complicated, just need to bring a suitcase filled with clothes, the rest has been taken care of.
