β β β β β All in price (listrik + laundry) dapet harga 1.8jt untuk kamar besar (2017) 24 hours gate and security. Kamar luas, termasuk bed dan lemari, hanya saja gak ada jendela dan lembab. Tidak ada cahaya matahari masuk pada siang hari. Sirkulasi udara buruk. Dapur sempit dan seadanya. Kamar mandi dalam sangat kotor dan WCnya sudah retak ?
Fasilitas yang ok: Tempat jemur luas, ada free air putih, dekat dengan alfamart, indomart, pasar tradisional, Mall Slipi Jaya dan halte bis.
All in price (electricity + laundry) can get a price of 1.8 million for large rooms (2017) 24 hours gate and security. The rooms are spacious, including beds and cabinets, it's just that there are no windows and is moist. There is no incoming sunlight during the day. Bad air circulation. Narrow and makeshift kitchen. The bathroom is very dirty and the toilet has been cracked ?
Facilities are ok: Large drying area, there is free water, close to Alfamart, Indomart, traditional markets, Slipi Jaya Mall and bus stops.
