★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located just 5 km from KGD Mall, might as well 5-6 km to JIEP industrial estate, it will take approximately 15 minutes by car assuming no traffic jam ??.
Public transportation is plenty and easy to get, more over busway. Ordering taxi, on line cab, gocar, grab etc.is pretty quick as, thus, amazingly efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Dont expect too much when electricity goes off, THERE IS NO back up power from Diesel Generator, back up power only provided for Elevator and Electricty around lobby (ONLY)
2. Low density of wall brick, you can easily listen to your neighbor when they are showering or cooking. There is a loud sound you’ll hear from the water pipes. Lucky for you, you’ll hear this when you’re waiting for elevator from the corner unit.
3. Parking issue. Total units apprxmtly (Tower A+B) 780 units. And total car lot only 200. Ratio is about 1 : 4 (what theyve promised us was 1:2 for Oak Tower, and 1:4 for Gading Icon which categorized as a subsidized apartment). This issue will raise soon in near future if they dont fix this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expect to get morning call everyday around 3-5 am. The mosques around this apartment complex really super duper loud. And multiple mosque queuing to take turn chanting. So expect for 30-45 minutes of chanting in every period. LOL. Good Luck. You will need it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A premium apartment in the east area. The good thing is that they have their own parking building and the ratio is quite good (1 to 4 if i am not mistaken). This parking is not mixed with the Rosewood apartment. The entry in the lobby uses card system, making it more secure. They are having promotions almost all the time, basically helping you to pay lower DP or free full furnished unit. The main attraction is probably the sky garden where you can jog, swim & there is also a mini gym (very limited equipment but they do have a studio inside). The bad thing is that, recently the river beside has been flooding often. Just this year until feb 2020 alone, it has occured at least 3 times. And when it happens, electricity will always be cutoff for at least 8-9 hours depending whether the water has receded in the nearby areas. Price is less than 1 M for 2BR & there is a rumour that there will be a new transjakarta station just outside Mediros hospital and also new condo just in front of Rosewood.
