★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A typical low-class apartment in the city of Jakarta. Despite far from being lavish, it's decent enough to live in here. Varieties of small businesses are available : laundry services, bakery, eateries, pharmacy, minimart, car rental, parcel shipping, etc. Swimming pool and children playground can be found here. Parking is a deteriorating problem. Finally, a place that i can call my own. Sure, it's small and nothing fancy, but as a married man with two children, it's way better to live on my own two feet than years after years living with full of lies and bullshits with your parents (let alone with your in-laws).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an economical place to live in. Not too far from city centre. Just that, the river nearby often floods. And the electricity is easily cut off whenever there is a slight flood somewhere else in the area (to avoid electrocution, but still very annoying). They do have emergency backup electricity to keep the water, lifts & essential lights on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mosque is located at the ground floor with speakers (plural, more than 1 speaker). I am not sure due to echoing effect in the building or due to high volume of the speakers, but the volume sound i heard on 9th floor was overwhelming.
So sad to think that religion is made to make peace for the world but I am too afraid to ask the officer or related person to reconsider the speaker volume. I don't know because of the "brand image" caused some "oknum" or because of I am too pessimistic about this situation.
The pool is clean. It closes every Moday and Thursday.
As other apartment, the parking space is very limited.
The elevator system, the supporting facility such as laundry, minimarket, food stalls, security, etc, are quite modest and good.
But my main consideration is can I rest in the apartment and that makes me to give 1 star for this apartment. Hope this review can be a positive and constructive feedback for the management.
