★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi strategis,view utara kelapa gading,view selatan pulomas. Dekat dengan halte transjakarta dan lrt pulomas. Cukup nyaman untuk tempat tinggal baik sendiri/dengan keluarga. Fasilitas kolam renang, security 24 jam
 Strategic location, north view of ivory coconut, south view of pulomas. Close to Transjakarta bus stops and Lt. pulomas. Comfortable enough to live either alone / with family. Swimming pool facilities, 24 hour security

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartemen lokasi strategis sebelah apartemen calya depan halte trans.seberangnya mall bella terra.namun agk parkiran terbatas.kalo masuk malam susah keluar lagi.security bagus dan tanggap utk membantu parkir.vendor centre park dan staffnya dikantor mengecewakan.mobil masuk daftar langganan keluar harus bayar lagi(pdhl sudah member shg kutang flexible).ganti plat no mobil kena admin 20 ribu(saya bbrp kali pindah apartemen vendor parkir lain tdk kena admin).pelayanan parkir dikantor kurang ramah dan buruk.4 lift hanya beroperasi 1 lift shg antri.masjid dibelakang 350 m berada di kampung.jalan kaki keluar dulu ke belakang kampung.unit dan sekitarnya ada kecoa kecil2.sdh panggil pembasmi kecoa bayar tetap masih ada.perlu disemprot ke lingkungan ventilator dll spy bersih.kritik ini utk membangun spy lbh bagus dan nyaman.area parkir pohon memjuntai perlu dipotong spy tdk ganggu parkir
The apartment is strategically located next to the calya apartment in front of the trans stop. opposite the bella terra mall. but a bit limited parking. if you go in at night it's hard to get out again. security is good and responsive to help park. center park vendors and staff at the office are disappointing. cars enter the subscription list and have to pay again (pdhl is already a member so the debt is flexible). Change the car number plate to admin 20 thousand (I've moved several other parking vendor apartments without getting admin). Parking service at the office is not friendly and bad. 4 lifts only operate 1 lift so queue up. mosque behind 350 m in the village. walk out first to the back of the village. the unit and its surroundings have small cockroaches 2. have called for a paid cockroach exterminator, they are still there. need to be sprayed on the ventilator environment etc. spy clean. This criticism is to build a better and more comfortable spy. the dangling tree parking area needs to be cut so it doesn't interfere with parking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jangan sewa/beli di tifolia!! Parkiran kecil banget, dulu parkiran bisa bareng di calia skrng uda ga bisa ga jelas padahal bayar parkir bulanan, aturannya ga jelas. Manajemennya buruk sekali!
Don't rent/buy at tifolia!! The parking lot is really small, in the past, parking could be done together in Cali, now it can't be clear, even though you pay monthly parking, the rules are not clear. The management is so bad!

Kolam kecil, apartemen tidak ramah untuk keluarga.
Lift macet di tengah, dari 4 lift hanya di nyalakan 1-2.
Not Recommended.
Smoking is allowed, the hallway has no SOP for neatness.
Small pool, apartment not family friendly.
The elevator is stuck in the middle, of the 4 lifts only 1-2 are turned on.
Not recommended.

Mau ambil paket lama banget berantakan sistemnya. Tiap mau ambil paket lama banget nyarinya sampe nunggu lebih dari 15 menit/org.
Banyak kecoa2 kecil. Lorong jarang dibersihin.
Parkiran sempit banget, udah mesti bayar 150 rb (diluar maintenance fee) per bulan tapi fasilitas parkir nol. Kalo penuh mesti titip kunci ke satpam tapi gak rapih dong nyimpennya sampe2 kunci mobil pernah keselip dan hilang. :((((

If you want to take an old package, the system is really messy. Every time I want to take a package it takes so long to find it until I wait for more than 15 minutes/person.
Lots of small cockroaches. The hallway is rarely cleaned.
The parking lot is very narrow, you have to pay 150 thousand (excluding the maintenance fee) per month but the parking facilities are zero. If it's full, you have to leave the key to the security guard but it's not neat, don't store it until the car keys are slipped and lost. :(((((

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jangan pernah sewa apalagi beli di apartemen ini kalo gak mau emosi masalah parkir. Jelek banget manajemen parkirnya. Lahan parkiran sangat minim, kadang kalau di atas jam 7 malam sampai titip kunci ke satpam.
Never rent or buy in this apartment if you don't want to be emotional about parking problems. Very bad parking management. The parking area is very minimal, sometimes if it's above 7 pm I leave the key to the security guard.
