β β β β β Sewa 1 kamar apartemen dengan 1 KT, 1 KM, ruang keluarga dan dapur supaya bisa berenang ramai-ramai.
Kartu akses ruang kamar dan kolam renang berbeda. Untuk mendapatkan kartu akses kolam renang, perlu menyiapkan dana deposit sebesar Rp 200.000 secara cash, yang nantinya akan dikembalikan saat check out.
Secara keseluruhan ruangan kamar bersih dan terawat. Peralatan makan lengkap. Ada kulkas, microwave, dan teko listrik.
Pool berada di lantai 5. Pool yang dimiliki cukup luas dan memiliki 2 pintu masuk. Ada bagian yang sangat cetek, untuk anak2 bermain dan ada bagian yang dalam. Antara bagian cetek dan dalam, terdapat pagar pembatasnya, sehingga cukup aman walau anak-anak harus tetap didampingi.
Walaupun memiliki 2 pintu masuk, di dalamnya, pool tetap terhubung. Dari tiap pintu masuk terdapat whirpool. Di sekeliling pool ada beberapa bangku ayunan besi dan duduk sandaran. Kami sekeluarga pergi berenang di sore hari dan kondisi cukup berangin. Sehingga keadaan whirpool cukup membantu menghangatkan diri, terutama bagi anak-anak.
Karena berada di pusat perbelanjaan belezza, selain bisa memesan makanan di resto, ada pilihan membeli sendiri makanan. Salah satu pilihannya dominos pizza. Di seberang gedung pun akan ada banyak pilihan di ITC Permata Hijau.

The room and pool room access cards are different. To get a swimming pool access card, you need to prepare a deposit of IDR 200,000 in cash, which will be returned at check out.
Overall the rooms are clean and well-maintained. Complete cutlery. There is a refrigerator, microwave and electric kettle.
The pool is on the 5th floor. The pool is quite spacious and has 2 entrances. There are parts that are very shallow, for children to play and there are parts that are deep. Between the shallow and deep, there is a guardrail, so it is quite safe even though children must be accompanied.
Even though it has 2 entrances, inside, the pool is still connected. From each entrance there is a whirlpool. Around the pool there are several iron swing benches and backrest seats. Our family went swimming in the afternoon and it was quite windy. So that the state of the whirlpool is enough to help warm themselves, especially for children.
Because it is located in the belezza shopping center, besides being able to order food at a restaurant, there is an option to buy your own food. One of the choices is dominos pizza. Opposite the building there will be many choices at ITC Permata Hijau.

β β β β β Pesan kamar yang 1 bedroom. Tapi katanya diupgrade ke 2 bedroom. Padahal sebenernya lebih butuh yang 1 bedroom aja. Jadinya nggak sesuai foto di aplikasi pemesanan hotel. Ini layout kamar 1 bedroom yang dibikin jadi 2 bedroom. Ruang TV jadi kurang luas.
Waktu masuk nggak tersedia microwave sama handuk. Furniture di kamar modelnya nggak up to date tapi masih bisa digunakan. Kalo mau ke pool-nya, harus deposit 200ribu. Nanti waktu check out uang deposit dikembalikan. Front office juga kurang ramah. Bawa barang banyak nggak dibantu. Pintu nggak dibukakan. Begitu masuk nggak ditanya apa kebutuhannya. Didiemin aja gitu
Book a 1 bedroom room. But he said it was upgraded to 2 bedroom. In fact, it actually takes 1 bedroom more. So it doesn't match the photo in the hotel booking application. This is a 1 bedroom room layout made into 2 bedrooms. The TV room is less spacious.
When you enter, there is no microwave and towels available. The furniture in the model room is not up to date but can still be used. If you want to go to the pool, you have to deposit 200 thousand. Later, when you check out, the deposit will be returned. The front office is also not friendly. Carrying a lot of things is not helped. The door is not opened. Once inside, they were not asked what they needed. Just let it be

β β β β β on November 8th, 2020, I used this hotel to hold my wedding ceremony, in ballroom with capacity up to 500, my wedding running properly.. thanks to hotel team so responsive & helpful during ceremony!

Very bad service from begining. I use motorcycle to go this place around 2.30 am. And when enter the gate. There is no security. Even already round a around near the security small office. I dont have a choice so i go to basement to search security so i can got the direction. First security is very nice he show me the way. And then meet the second security and the head security was the worst.
He just scold me at the first time and with the high tone. Blame me there is a security at the fornt gate. Tell me i was lie. And the head come not with the high tone but still blame me and told i am a liar. Even told me, because this is my first time this is my fault not asking the front gate security, hahah asking who? The ghost? Or the tree? I asking to see the cctv, but they dont brave enough and still blame me.I think this place is not safe. And i think Every criminal can come to this place freely.
The security and the leader was worst.

β β β β β Overall the place is okay and cozy. It's clean, too. I came here with my friends for a Staycation. We booked a Family Suite and a Business Suite. It says the Family Room had two single beds and one XL bed, but there's only one single bed. Anyway..... We're trying not to make it into an issue as we're here for a nice staycation.
