Kostan is equivalent to a 3-star hotel. The guards are friendly. The strategic location of Alfamart is close, if you are busy eating snacks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wisma Pertenunan is a great place for ex-pats to who have long term assignments in Jakarta. Very friendly staff, and nice accommodations. The only issue is mosquitoes, but there are ways of handle that in the room (sprays, or electric devices).
If you are travelling with a significant other, sign the lease for 2 people, which costs slightly more, but grants you 8 pieces of laundry per day.
