★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basically I just love outdoors. If weather is clear, the peak of Mount Merapi will be clearly visible. Most likely this happens in the morning though, really morning like after sunrise. I arrived here around 10AM with my friends, and we just sat there for almost 2 hours enjoying the views.
There were some families on the camping ground but it was still pretty quiet. There were some food sellers as well, you can easily get some drinks and light food.
