★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah pesan sate goreng nya.. sukakk enak banget,,ke dua kali pesan nasi briyani, kesan pertamanya kayak makan nasi di kuahin kuah padang yang kuning itu.. trus dicampur potongan daging kambing sama taburan kismis ..
Letak nya agak masuk kedalam ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya nemu nggak sengaja tempat ini. Lagi jalan2 kok ada poster pe unjuk arah Thengkleng Pawon. Ya wis mampir kerna penasaran.
Menu utama thengkleng kambing, ada thengkleng , thengkleng goreng. Ada menu lain seperti nasi goreng kambing, nasi briani kambing. Minuman teh dan jeruk.
Nama Thengkleng Pawon sepertinya mengacu pada lokasi warung, yang memang di dalam pawon (dapur) umi nunung, pemiliknya.
Sop kakinya lumer sedappp... tidak terlalu banyak bumbu, atau bisa disebut light. Cocok dijadikan apetiser, tidak terlalu asin. Saya suka penyajian seperti ini.
Thengkleng gorengnya juga empuk dan bumbu kecapnya terasa sekali. Ada rasa rempah dengan taburan bawang goreng, menambah sedap. Ini juga disajikan tidak terlalu asin, sehingga cocok juga digado tanpa nasi.
I accidentally found this place. I'm just walking around and there's a poster showing Thengkleng Pawon. Yes wis stopped by because I was curious.
The main menu is goat thengkleng, there is thengkleng, fried thengkleng. There are other menus such as goat fried rice, briani goat rice. Tea and orange drinks.
The name Thengkleng Pawon seems to refer to the location of the stall, which is indeed inside the pawon (kitchen) umi nunung, the owner.
The foot soup is melted ... not too much seasoning, or can be called light. Suitable as an apetizer, not too salty. I like presentations like this.
The fried thengkleng is also soft and the soy sauce seasoning feels great. There is a spice flavor with a sprinkling of fried onions, adding delicious. It is also served not too salty, so it is also suitable without rice.
