β β β β β One of the better mid-range apartments in Jakarta. Mid range: IDR 4-6mill/month. I've seen many, many apartments in South and Central Jakarta. Considering cleanliness, location, facility, and newness, this apartment is among the better one. All are studio apartments. Mine is 5.5mill/month, fully furnished with washing machine in the unit. Not to be confused with Tamansari Semanggi.

β β β β β Stayed here for the past 3 years... The place is clean even though is not the cleanest of all. The workers here are diligent, they follow covid protocol dutifully.

β β β β β Been here for a year. Aside from my awesome landlord, the overall service from building management here has been OUTSTANDING. Despite being a "budget" apartment and having low occupancy, every staff has been nothing but helpful and friendly. Even the convenience store staffs are all smiles. My only wish would be for the developer to put more focus on selling the ground floor commercial space to make it more lively. Overall, I'm one happy tenant :)

β β β β β Terrible, today there has been electrical faulty in the building, the fire alarm didnt ring, there is no one knock our door, the fire exit was full of smoke, what kind building is that, it doesnt even check all the regulation requirement, that is human who lives there, dont you Wika has any respects to human lives?
Dont buy or rent in this building, not safe

β β β β β Cozy apartment a walk away to Lotte Shopping Avenue, and major office buildings in Sudirman. They only have studio size apartments 28 sqm. Facilities include: swimming pool, gym, convenience store, 24-hour security, parking lot. They clean corridors and throw garbage away daily. Maintenance works professionally. Front desk staffs & security guards are very friendly.
