Namanya mentereng, tapi sebetulnya adalah tempat indekost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tagihan Listrik + Air + Parkir Motor mahal banget total sampe 1jt perbulan. padahal isi kamar cuma AC dan Laptop dan lampu.
Electricity + Water + Motorbike parking is very expensive in total up to 1 million per month. even though the contents of the room are only air conditioning and laptops and lights.

Bad tempts often have no water. Stay in a Seibu mansion. If it's already dry, it's hard to get water, especially when it's dry during the week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosan yang tidak masuk akal! Ada permainan ditagihan listrik! Meteran box beda dengan meteran cetakan print! Saya coba komplain tapi tidak punya etika hanya di read dan langsung diblok! Jangan pernah mencoba memilih tinggal seibu mansion!
Unreasonable cost! There's a game on electricity billing! The box meter is different from the print meter! I tried to complain but had no ethics, only read and immediately blocked! Don't ever try to choose to live in a thousand mansions!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very old apartment building. Poorly managed and not well maintained. They have quite large parking space in the ground though. It's located in a small alley, making it very difficult to access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is kinda dirty if looking just from the lobby. The lift is small, only enough for 3-4 people. If you have big luggage, then it's only you and your luggage, no space left in lift. However, the security was not that bad, there will be some security people at the post 24 hours.
