Biayanya ga masuk akal buat scaling (dan hasilnya ga bersih) sama tambal gigi yg hasilnya jg ga rapi

Lokasinya tidak baik. Pelayanannya tidak baik. Dokter gigi yang menangani bpjs sangat sombong dan suka mengejek. Saya baru masuk langsung diketawain dan dikatain orang jawa dan tidak menjelaskan diagnosa serta perawatan yang harus dijalani karena sepertinya mengira saya tidak mampu (karena tidak bisa di cover bpjs). Saya tidak akan kembali lagi ke klinik ini. Padahal dokter sebelumnya tidak seperti ini. Sombong sekali
The location is not good. The service is not good. The dentist who handles bpjs is very arrogant and likes to mock. I just came in and was laughed at and said by the Javanese and didn't explain the diagnosis and treatment that had to be done because it seemed that I thought I couldn't afford it (because it couldn't be covered by BPJS). I will not return to this clinic again. Whereas the previous doctor was not like this. Very arrogant

Kesini karena salah satu tempat rujukan dari asuransi kantor. Kecewa, karena pelayanannya jelek sekali ya, resepsionis, cashier sampai dokternya pun g ada ramah-ramahnya.
Came here because it is one of the referral places for office insurance. Disappointed, because the service is really bad, the receptionist, cashier and even the doctor are not friendly.

Pelayanan buruk, pengambilan obat generik yg harusnya ditanggung bpjs selalu kosong,dan harus saya tebus di apotek dg alasan stok kosong. Oke saya trima jika itu sekali terjadi tp itu selalu kosong setiap kali saya kesana berulang kali dan sunggu tidak masuk akal jika setiap bulan obat selalu kosong. Pelayanan jg kurang baik terutama bapak2 yg berkacama bagian adminnya tidak ramah sekali. beberapa dokter ada yg ramah dan beberapa dokter ada yg kurang ramah. Atau karena saya menggunakan bpjs sehingga perlakuan pasien bpjs seperti itu diklinik ini? Mohon utk ditingkatkan kembali pelayanan diklinik ini. Jujur utk saya pribadi kecewa dg pelayanannya terimakasih
Bad service, taking generic drugs that should be covered by BPJS is always empty, and I have to redeem it at the pharmacy because the stock is empty. Okay, I appreciate if it happens once but it's always empty every time I go there repeatedly and it really doesn't make sense if every month the medicine is always empty. The service is also not good, especially the gentlemen who wear glasses, the admin section is not very friendly. some doctors are friendly and some doctors are not friendly. Or because I use BPJS so that BPJS patient treatment is like that in this clinic? Please improve the service at this clinic. Honestly, I'm personally disappointed with the service, thank you

Utk medical check up, harga di klinik ini cukup affordable. Sayangnya tmptnya kecil, dan tmpt utk pemeriksaan dokter jorok. Kasurnya ga dbersihin utk pasien berikutnya, msh ada rambut dan kasurnya acak2an. Pdhl itu klinik yg seharusnya tetap menjaga kebersihan dan prokes utk semua org yg ada di dlmnya. Pengambilan darah jg termasuk β€˜kesiangan’ krn dmulai jam 10. Sdgkn byk org ga akan makan setlh jam 9mlm.
For medical check-ups, the prices at this clinic are quite affordable. Unfortunately the place is small, and the place for a doctor's examination is dirty. The mattress was not cleaned for the next patient, there was still hair and the mattress was messy. Pdhl is a clinic that is supposed to keep it clean and healthy for everyone in it. Taking blood is also considered 'overtime' because it starts at 10. So many people won't eat after 9 pm.

ugh the dentist was 1hr late from appointment, nurses are so loud. they're chatting, talking with each other and the whole clinic can hear them. the yelling, laughter, which is inappropriate in a medical facility like this. they even use their phone on their post, playing songs out loud. idk if this is how they work - which is poor - or the management didn't do their job. so unprofessional. i wont be coming here ever again. PLUS: the nurses are not wearing their mask ??‍♀️
