★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite Sushi in Jakarta area! The place is spacious and nicely decorated. Visited their Neo Soho branch and it was all great (the next day, i visited their Taman Anggrek branch but almost all of their menus are sold out. we ran out of food to choose, for real).
The service is great. You can access the menu through the barcode. But i think the file size is too big so it takes quite a while to fully load the menu picture. The staffs are nice and informative, they serve us nicely and fast, too! Love their truffle gyudon, but this time i ordered their chicken katsu don, but still, their truffle gyudon is the best. Their sashimi(s) are fresh and great too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of many Japanese Restaurants in Jakarta, but Sushi Hiro is my most favourite one, I come here 1-2 times every week!?
The restaurant is spacious, but it's pretty crowded when peak hour. Despite that, Sushi Hiro is still implementing COVID-19 preventive health protocol in the area which is good for me to feel more safe.
My favourite food here is Salmon Chirashi, it's a big bowl of rice with salmon filleton top and tamago (egg), nori (seaweed), kappa (cucumber), tobiko (flying fish roe) as the topping, very simple, delicious, and palatable with a unique flavour.
The waiters and waitresses are very nice and welcoming.
The food serving usually takes about 10-15 mins.
I had a problem with one or two particular dishes at my recent visit, but the restaurant management handles it beautifully.
Overall, it's a nice place to enjoy Japanese food here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoying every bite. All dishes are full of natural flavor. We had salmon belly rice bowl (sorry forgot the exact name), cold udon, and some sushi. Worth the price. Will definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the ambience and the staffs are really helpful and friendly.
The food tastes great. However, be ready to wait for orders that needs preps in the kitchen as it take quite sometimes. Make sure that you order everything in one go so that you don't have to wait too long for your second order.
Oh, and don't forget to look up at the ceiling while you are there. It's gorgeous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good. Notable food is the hotate sushi which has tiny amount of wasabi which works really great, and the beef sushi, which melts in mouth with a lot of garlicky flavour. Fantastic, quite affordable for the food. Also the soy sauce is great, not the usual kikkoman or yamasa.

Health protocol could be improved tho. Too many people in one table, and there were no physical distancing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today this is one of my fav japanese restaurant due to its range of food and the taste. Service is pretty slow but slightly better than Grand Indonesia branch. The staffs are all nice. Prices bit above but ok due to what it offers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience is good, the taste of food is standard. A bit over price for the sushi, but others are good. The service is excellent and pretty quick even though it's busy hour. Better come at 3 or 4 o'clock or in weekdays
