Suka banget eyelash disini.. selain mba2 nya ramah dan telaten, harga nya juga bersahabat banget, ga bikin kantong bolong. Oiaa single eyelash disini udah cetar dan bs pilih mau yg natural, eye cat atau yg doll. Jangan takut cpt copot krn eyelashnya tahan berminggu2. Fyi girl: Ada voucher 50% untuk pemasangan eyelash disini (voucher disc bs km dptin di store laurencia di MOI dan jg stlh pasang kita di kasih lg voucher 100rb untuk next pemasangan eyelash).

Oiaa single eyelash here is already shaky and you can choose whether it is natural, eye cat or doll. Don't be afraid to get it off quickly because the eyelash will last for weeks. Fyi girl: There is a 50% voucher for eyelash installation here (you can get the disc voucher at the Laurencia store at MOI and after installing it we are given an extra 100 thousand voucher for the next eyelash installation).

Kecewa banget!!! bilang harga diawal berapa pas bayar dikasirnya beda harga, mau cancel tp udah nempel nih nailart di kuku, Janjian jam 10 pagi baru di tanganin jam 10.41, nunggu lama. Udah gitu staff nya harus tektokan sama owner untuk harga nail art nya berapa, nah si ownernya ci lauren ini bales nya lama bgt, jadi kita harus ikut nunggu, sampe karyawannya aja ngeluh, cara kerjanya harus bgini, gaada fixed pricelist dr model" nail art. SEKECEWA ITU! Pas transaksipun kasirnya salah itung, jadi udah pulang musti balik lagi, buat ambil duitnya. Maaf aku ga rekomen!

Pertama kali dateng ke tempat bagus tapi harus TUNGGU lama banget. Saya udah dateng tepat waktu dan sesuai janji di wa. Pas dateng disuruh duduk dan kuku sudah dikikir dan dipotong hanya 2 jari dan mbak nya langsung pergi untuk service yang lain. Saya ditinggal sampe harus tunggu 2 jam, hp saya sampe lowbatt nungguin mereka. Lalu mbak yang lain tidak ada yang meladeni saya dalam 2 jam itu, saya hanya ditelantarin gitu aja. Akhirnya setelah nunggu lama banget baru diladenin buat gel manicure dan mbak nya aja kerja nya tidak maksimal (kuku tidak dikikir dengan baik alhasil gel manicure tidak tahan lama). Padahal sebelum nya pernah kesini tapi tidak separah ini. Serius ini tempat not recommended kecuali kalo mau tunggu lama2 buat satu service aja.
First time coming to a good place but have to wait a very long time. I arrived on time and as promised in wa. When I arrived I was told to sit down and my fingernails had been filed and only 2 fingers were cut and the lady immediately went for another service. I was left until I had to wait 2 hours, my cellphone got low, waiting for them. Then there was no one else to serve me in those 2 hours, I was just abandoned like that. Finally, after waiting for a very long time, I put it on for a gel manicure and it didn't work optimally (nails were not filed properly, so the gel manicure didn't last long). Even though I've been here before but not as bad as this. Seriously, this place is not recommended unless you want to wait a long time for just one service.

Saya datang untuk coloring,,saya bilang tolong fokus ke uban, stylist nya bilang tenang Aja ,serahkan ke ahlinya, hingga sampai di akhir coloring tidak melakukan penutupan warna ke uban, bohongnya tingkat atas. Sebelum saya datang, saya sudah fotokan panjang Rambut saya dan Saya sudah diberikan harga sesuai Rambut saya,tapi, pas sampai di cabang sunter,admin resepsionisnya sambil ngomong bahwa paparan harganya harusnya lebih mahal,. Management. Jelek banget ga ada satu kesatuan sama admin online. Saya juga potong Rambut tapi alasannya malah dicat dahulu, hanya dengan beralasan lebih bagus dicat dulu,padahal malas potong Rambut dulu, Karena saya sudah sering ke salon,tapi kok stylist meremehkan, bayar juga ga murah, 1.3 jt bilangnya cat ini lebih mahal dari shiseido,. What the... Either mau lebih bagus catnya atau sama Aja catnya ,kalau aplikatornya ga mau dengerin pelanggan sama kerja asal2 an ya buat apa. .ga ada bagusnya juga.. nyesel gw kesini.. baru datang Aja udah diremehin sama stylist sama admin resepsionis.. not a good bisnis.. bad business
