★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a first timer but it was my first time doing Brazilian wax here. The receptionist wasn't really friendly or cheerful when she did the wax for me. She waited inside the room as I was changing/opening my pants so it was kinda awkward, they should wait outside until the customer said they're ready. It was less painful than the usual wax I did which was a good experience. Place was cozy and nice. After she finished waxing me, she didn't ask if its clean enough for me, she said done and she went outside. She didnt offer me wet tissue after, it was so sticky and there was still some wax left. I checked myself if its clean enough but turned out she wasnt all thorough with the wax. I had to call her again and told her its still not clean. It was an Ok experience, they can increase they're customer service on how to welcome a customer and make them feel comfortable. Also they have to re-check the cleanliness of the place cus I saw one big cockroach on the edge of the ceiling. I would jump if I saw it when I was laying down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my nail art done here a couple of weeks ago and it still looks fresh. The girl who did my nails is skillful and hygienic. They have a wide selection of gel colors and accessories. The great ambience is another plus. Will come back here definitely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I came to your salon to make a Brazilian , I and my mother, I visit your salon once a month. but today the material has ended in the salon, but they still accepted us, the first one was my mother, they did the procedure for a very long time, because therapies saved material. I was told that there is no more material. Why take guests to the procedure if there is no material? my mother was exhausted, her skin feels not good! I have always recommended your salon to my friends, but I won’t come to you anymore and I won’t recommend it!

Excellent location, neat and beautiful studio in the heart of Sunter and skilled therapists. They are always polite and welcoming. I have always left their studio with a happy heart!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will definitely recommend this beauty bar for their eyelash extension!! Aku sudah keliling banyak tempat dan akhirnya I've found my perfect place!! Kerjainnya cepet, bulu matanya awet (ini sudah memasukki minggu ke 2 and so far I've only had 5-6 lashes dropped!!) Hasil nya juga sangatttt rapih dan apik!! Pengetahuan mbanya tentang eyelash cukup luas so I knew I was in safe hands!! Tempatnya pun bersih, bagus dan ranjangnya comfy. For you guys who are still contemplating whether to try out their eyelash extension or not, JUST GO! you won't regret it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to do a meni pedi only (without gel or polish) today. My meni therapist, Almaz, she did a very great job. She is very attentive, detail, gentle & patient in doing my menin. While the pedi therapist also good but i think she needs to be more detail in cleaning the area & more gentle in doing the whole pedi service, so the customer would feel relaxed. Also, the service could be improved by giving a short massage while applying the lotion on hands & legs (this is suggestion). The little details make a lot difference on customer’s experience :). Thank u & keep up the good work. Oh ya & i think the staffs & therapists need more training & info about the promo programs (coz they seemed to have no clues bout those info when i asked, so i have to wait quite some time for them to clarify to their manager via phone)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my pedicure in gel n manicure in normal nail polish. Around 630 i asked for coloring on top of the manicure service. The staff was in hurry to finish off that my nail wasn’t properly dry yet, and she kept layering more polish on top. Upon finishing my payment, i already had 3 of nails crooked because they weren’t fully dry. I did asked her to fix it, however when she add more on top, it became uneven and crooked as it took forever to get it fully dry bcs of the accumulating layer of nail polish
