Saya masuk pintu, mengucapkan selamat pagi, tidak disahut, tidak apa² dalam hati (mungkin suara saya kurang keras)
Kemudian saya bertanya dengan sopan sama Bapak pake kacamata agak kurus yg dinas hari ini 19/07/2021 Pukul 10:15 WIB (kurang lebih) namanya pun saya tidak sempat nanya.
Pertanyaan saya dijawab dengan nada tidak enak, saya tanya lagi dengan sopan nadanya semakin tinggi dan dan tidak mengenakkan hati.
sayapun sudah agak malas dan pergi ke pos yang lain, disana mreka bilang bisa sampai tujuan 2-3 hari bahkan saya pakai yg paling cepat sampai tujuan 1 hari.
Diperbaikilah Pelayanan nya Pak, anda perusahaan Negara, malu sama swasta.

I was a bit lazy and went to another post, there they said it could reach the destination in 2-3 days, even I used the fastest one to reach the destination in 1 day.
Please fix the service, sir, you are a state company, ashamed of the private sector.
