★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuma mau tambah huruf yg kurang aja lama banget...padahal yg salah dulu yg input data,,mau benerin data aja 10 hari ga kelar..cuma nambah kekurangan 1 huruf H...masa mesti nunggu 1 th
 I just want to add a letter that is not enough, it takes too long... even though the first one who entered the data was wrong, I just wanted to fix the data for 10 days and it didn't finish.. I just added a shortage of 1 letter H... time had to wait 1 year

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buruk pelayanannya !! Pelayanan online melalui Wa di balas besok. Percuma ada layanan online... Disuruh tunggu 3 hari udah 6 hari tidak ada kabar. Kalah sama dukcapil S Parman. Wa di balas hari itu juga. Pelayanan sangat buruk di dukcapil meruya !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pake masker, masuk, pake sanitizer, klik tiket (ada 4 macam), tunggu, dipanggil, curhat problem, tunggu di urus, abis itu beres dah. Jangan lupa bawa kelengkapan admin. Cepet dan ringkas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesini mau update KTP karna ga ke baca di Bank... Pas dateng orang udah pada nunggu di luar pagar. Langsung nanya ke salah satu petugas kalau mau update KTP, tapi katanya gak bisa dan disuruh dateng lagi tgl 25 karena lagi tutup. Penasaran karena banyak orang yg dtg dan bawa dokumen nungguin diluar akhirnya ikutan nunggu diluar, sampe ada 1 petugas yg nanya mau ngapain dan setelah di jelasin ternyata bisa diurus saat itu juga walaupun nungguin lama....
Sebenarnya kurang jelas aja sih, tutup atau engga. Tp kalau tutup kenapa mereka masih melayani walaupun kita disuruh nunggu diluar pagar....

Actually, it's not clear whether it's closed or not. But if it's closed why are they still serving even though we are told to wait outside the fence....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya super bad parah, super lama banget, kemarin datang hari senin 8/03 mau buat surat keabsahan akta kelahiran, tapi katanya harus ditinggal karna pimpinan lagi keluar. Janji bisa langsung ambil di hari rabu, taunya pas dateng hari rabu pagi jam setengah 9 ternyata berkasnya baru di urusin. Udah nunggu sejam masih juga belom selesai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan Dukcapil bener-bener mengecewakan, Antri lama namun staffnya, kerja lelet sombong, Terkait pengurusan NIK di Akta beda, Datang mengurus Alasan : Gak bisa diubah, sementara Thn lahir di Izajah dan Akta beda di KTP, Alhasil saat test Pekerjaan di pemerintah Administrasi Tidak sesuai, di Bumn, bahkan swata dan Bank terkait, diminta ke Dukcapil, lalu diarahkan ke Lurah, lalu ke Kemendagri, apa ini?
Emang gampang ya nyuruh2, semua padahal sudah online, emang kita gak kerja, urusan banyak malah dipersulit, Semua data ditolak bagaimana tidak kesal, semua di tolak pengurusan apa2 dilersulit data tidak sesuai, bener-bener kecewa sangat2 Kecewa, semoga president bisa melihat keluhan masyarakat semuanya.
Sangat tidak memuaskan....
