★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi tepat sblm security check gate 2E, sempit dan padat. duduk berdua harus pesan 2 minuman, klo hanya pesan 1 tdk boleh dine in (mgkn karna tempat duduk yg terbatas ya), staf yg perempuan lupa catet namany agak keberatan ketika sy merubah pesanan dari panas ke dingin pdhl blm pembayaran jg. Tisu sangat dibatasi, setiap minta hanya dikasih sehelai pdhl sy perlu membersihkan meja yg kotor (smoga aja karna cinta lingkungan)
 The location is right before the security check gate 2E, narrow and congested. sitting together, you have to order 2 drinks, if you only order 1 you can't dine in (perhaps because of the limited seating), the female staff forgot to write down her name a bit objected when I changed the order from hot to cold even though I had not paid too. Tissue is very limited, every time I ask, I am only given one, I need to clean a dirty table (hopefully, because I love the environment)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a green tea latte before enter the gate, i didn't realize that Starbucks has smoking room. So i decide to turn back without my drink cause it's already empty. When i'm arrived at smooking area, your employees told me that i can't smoking in here cause this is not a public area, they asked what's my order, where's the bill, etc. I got asked for 3 times in front of other customers. What the heck? Should i take the bill inside the trash can? Hell no. I'll remember that girl with glasses and her bad attitude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospitality was great. Its quite humble place but clean and neat enough. As reminder, if ur looking for place while waiting ur flight this one shall not be a choice. Considering its limited seats, instead ur a smoker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service from the staff especially to the air crew. Despite the bad reputation from few reviewers that they claimed to be asked for the bill and order just after entering the smoking area, purely it is the customer’s fault for ruining/ putting away their bill.
Coffee is okay same as other branches.
Small smoking room, not suitable for a crowd.
Clean place.
