★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat sangat buruk. Lambat, saat sudah sampai dr umumnya sangat tidak ramah & perawatnya malah memarahin. Orang lg sakit malah dikatain “siapa disini yg dokternya ? Situ yg ngatur” padahal tidak ada penanganan & cuma ditanya keluhan tidak diperiksa. Sudah sangat menyesal kesini, setelah ini fix pindah klinik.
 Very very bad service. It's slow, when it arrives, dr is generally very unfriendly & the nurse even scolds. People who are sick are even said, "Who here is the doctor? That's where it's arranged" even though there is no handling & only asking for complaints not being checked. I'm very sorry to be here, after this fix I moved to the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini konsultasi terkait rapid antigen, kondisi hamil tetapi dokter dengan nada tinggi tidak menerima konsultasi dengan alasan yang aneh, bukankah dokter itu mengayomi dan menerima konsultasi , mohon diperbaiki attitude dan tata bahasa dokternya, mudah2an bisa berubah lebih baik lagi.
Today's consultation related to rapid antigen, pregnant condition but the doctor with a high tone did not accept the consultation for a strange reason, didn't the doctor protect and accept the consultation, please correct the doctor's attitude and grammar, hopefully it can change for the better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk. Yang duluan daftar siapa yang dipanggil siapa. Nunggu hampir 1jam pas ditanyain kenapa saya gak dipanggil2 karna surat belum sampe. Ditanyain lagi ke pendaftaran cuma nanya namanya siapa udah gitu saya suruh nunggu berapa jam lagi mbak2.
Very bad service. The first to list who is called by whom. Waited almost 1 hour when asked why I was not called because the letter had not arrived. Asked again at the registration, only asked what his name was, so I told him to wait for how many more hours, sis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SANGAT BURUK.. IBU SAYA SAKIT HANYA DI TANYA2 AJA , dikira lagi Podcast??????? Di periksa engga !! Perawat nya ga sopan ! Berisik, tidak bisa profesional, lari2 an rebutan makanan di depan pasien.. anda dokter&suster di kasih amanah pak/bu untuk membantu yg sedang sakit!! Pas di cek ke RS .. ibu saya jantung nya bengkak ada cairan di paru2 !! Ga habis pikir sm modelan seperti ini.. kami pengguna BPJS jg bayar yah !!!
VERY BAD.. MY MOTHER IS ILL JUST ASKING ONLY, i think it's a podcast??????? Checked or not!! The nurse is rude! Noisy, unprofessional, running around fighting for food in front of patients.. you doctors and nurses are entrusted with the mandate, sir/madam, to help those who are sick!! When I checked into the hospital... my mother's heart was swollen and there was fluid in her lungs!! I can't stop thinking about models like this.. we are BPJS users, we pay too!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik nya parah . Masa gw berobat ke sanah ke temu sama dokter nya cuman di tanya2 doang abis itu di kasih resep obat udah gitu doang!! di periksa ke apa ke !!!!!!!!
Dimana2 mah dokter pasti meriksa badan nya
The clinic is terrible. When I went there to see the doctor, I was only asked questions, after that I was given a prescription for medicine, that's all!! checked to what to !!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik terbaik di Cikarang.pelayanannya sangat bagus.tapi sayangnya klinik nya terlalu kecil sehingga pasien yg ngantri masih ada yg berdiri.tapi buat dokternya sudah sangat terbaik.sekali berobat langsung sembuh.
The best clinic in Cikarang. The service is very good. But unfortunately the clinic is too small, so there are still patients standing in line. But for the doctor, it is the best. Once treated, he immediately recovered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk , saya sudah bayar buat test covid & hasil positif , tidak diberi obat , lalu saya hanya minta resep dokter pun tidak di gubris malah langsung pergi.
The service is very bad, I have paid for the covid test & the results are positive, I was not given medicine, then I just asked for a doctor's prescription, it was not ignored, instead I left immediately.
