★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat tidak profesional. Saya pesan di tokped tapi berakhir dengan dibatalkan otomatis. Kemarin saya checkout pesanan saya pukul 9 pagi & saya chat menanyakan kapan pesanan saya akan dikirim dan dijawab mohon ditunggu. Saya tunggu akhirnya. Sampai tadi pagi saya dapat notif tokped kalau pesanan saya dibatalkan. Kalau memang tidak ada barang yg saya beli / ada kendala seharusnya bisa diinfokan jadi saya tidak perlu buang waktu untuk menunggu!
Very unprofessional. I ordered on tokped but ended up getting cancelled automatically. Yesterday I checkout my order at 9 am & I chat asking when my order will be sent and answered please wait. I'm waiting for the end. Until this morning I got a tokped notification that my order was cancelled. If there are no items that I bought / there are problems, I should be able to inform you so I don't have to waste time waiting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kontrol mama, beli obat, tes darah selalu kesini. Sedih sih kalo sampe tutup beneran. Pelayanan ekstra baik, ramah semua nya, apalagi mamah maunya kalo cek darah sama mbak zul. Kalo ndak ada mbak zulnya gak jadi cek. Trus kemana nanti cek darah sekeluarga ??plis lah jangan tutup mbak. Sudah sangat cocok kesini qt. Dari rumah ke aster dah nglewatin brapa klinik, tapi qt ttp setia kesini??
Mama's control, buy medicine, blood test are always here. It's sad that it's actually closed. The service is extra good, everyone is friendly, especially if Mama wants to check the blood with Ms. Zul. If you don't have Ms. Zul, it won't be checked. Then where will you go to check your family's blood, please don't close, sis. It's very suitable here qt. From home to Daisy, I've been through several clinics, but I'm still loyal here

Sad to hear that Mitrasana is closing. Because it's been a subscription since 7 years ago. Family treatment is definitely here. Thank you to the friendly brothers, the explanation of the medicine is very clear and serves patiently. The doctor is also good. I'm sad, where else to go for treatment.
