★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kecewa di bagian pendaftaran. pasien yang mau daftar dikacangin padahal waktu itu saya udah mual bgt. petugas mondar mandir dan ga mengutamakan siapa yang duluan daftar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter bilang dikasih obat utk 3 hari, diminum 3x1. Seharusnya kan dapat 9 butir obat, tapi cuma dapat 6 butir. Ditanyakan ke petugas nya alasan BPJS anggaran 10 RB, dokter 7 RB, obat 3 RB. Jadi obat nya dikurangi. Aku tanya lagi kebijakan siapa kurangi obatnya? Kata petugas dr kliniknya. Trus aku tanya lagi klo obat 6 butir utk 2 hari habis belum sembuh , bisa langsung berobat lagi. Kata petugas gak bisa. Tunggu 3 hari dl ....Klinik aneeehh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad attitude, disaat pasien sedang menunggu dipanggil dokter, rekam medisnya ga dimasukin ke ruangan dokter, alhasil nunggu lama. Dan lagi berobat ke2 kalinya dgn keluhan yg sama tapi beda dokter, dokternya cm bilang ini ga sakit, ga demam, kan gue yg ngerasain badan dia cm ngomong doang di periksa jg engga, udah keliatan pas perawat bilang sya pasien bpjs, dokternya udah ga mood untuk periksa. Sebenernya ga semua pegawainya bad atittude ada beberapa mungkin, dan dokternya pun ga semua. Tapi karja ada 1/2 org yg melakukan hal yg gaenak kepada pasien jadi syang kan, kliniknya ikutan jelek dimata orang lain. Minta tolong saja perbaiki attitudenya.

Actually, not all of the employees have bad attitude, maybe some, and not all of the doctors. But because there are 1/2 people who do bad things to patients, it's a shame, right, the clinic is bad in the eyes of other people. Just ask for help to fix his attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk obat nya pelit masa sirup cuma dibatas 1 aj klo 2 x berobat dlm 1bulan ga dikasih klo dewasa sih ga ap2 cuma klo anak2 kan agak susah kita disini bpjs bayar perbulan lumayan dikasih obat yg harganya terjangkau bgt

Please, please, don't be stingy, don't be stingy for a 3 year old child. If you're given a tablet, there's no syrup, just the puskesmas, which is actually free, this is the syrup, this is BPJS Pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selalu harus nunggu lama kalo mau usg, dokternya ga tepat waktu. Kmaren udh dateng dr jam 19.00, dokternya baru dateng jam 21.00
Jadwal usg, sabtu jam 7 malem sm dr. Kandungan. Selasa jam 17-21 usg sm bidan. Jumat jam 14-18 sm bidan juga.
