The queue is quite long especially during peak hours, but the service of the officers is quite friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk manajemen, lebih selektif lah dlm memilih karyawan. Bbrapa waktu lalu sy di layani oleh yg masih magang, masih pake baju putih. Sy minta untuk tidak memegang snozel saat mengisi mobil (buat apa dipegang kan sudah otomatis. Lagian mobil loh apa ga pegel itu ngisi ratusan ribu tetep megang), dan sy sudah berkali² isi disana tidak pernah di pegang saat pengisian. Eh malah ngotot dan mengejek saya. Trus menatap sy sinis. Sy konsumen loh dan sudah langganan. Mana itu 3S???? Kok karyawannya tidak punya etika ya?
For management, be more selective in choosing employees. Some time ago I was served by an apprentice, still wearing white clothes. I asked not to hold the nozzle when filling the car (what do you hold it for, it's automatic. After all, the car isn't stiff, it fills hundreds of thousands, it's still holding it), and I've done it many times and never held it while charging. Eh even insisted and mocked me. Trus looked at me sarcastically. I'm a consumer and have subscribed. Where is 3S???? How come the employees don't have ethics?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SPBU 34.106 03 terlihat suda lama dan sedikit kumuh lingkungannya. Mesin pompa BBM nya pun terlihat sudah usang dab tdk modern. Karyawan yanv melayani pun hanya 3 yaitu untuk 1 org untuk melayani motor, 1 org pertamax /plus dan 1 org lg melayani pertalite. Pdhal mesin pompa ada 4, yg BBM solar tdk ada yg melayani jd bergantian ama pertalite. Rasanya sudah saatnya mesin-mesin diganti dan SDM ditambah, yang sudah kelihatan kumuh atau jelek diperbaiki.
Gas station 34.106 03 looks old and a bit rundown. The fuel pump engine also looks outdated and not modern. There are only 3 employees who serve, namely for 1 person to serve motorbikes, 1 person for Pertamax / Plus and 1 person for Pertalite. Even though there are 4 pump engines, there is no diesel fuel that serves so they take turns with Pertalite. It feels like it's time for the machines to be replaced and human resources added, which already look shabby or ugly to be repaired.
