★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yg sangat buruk slow respon,tlp dri jam 7 pagi smp jm 7 pagi lg tidak ada respon dri pihak pln. Pekerjaan tidak memuaskan customer.
Very bad service slow response, but from 7 am to 7 am there is no response from the pln. The job does not satisfy the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mas, kepada petugas bagian instalasi mau tanya meter listrik sy error nggak bisa isi pulsa lalu sy tlp ke call center pln , kemudian datang petugas nya , lalu meter nya di lepas , kata nya mau di ganti dengan yg baru tapi sampai sekarang sudah 1 Minggu lebih belum ada penanganan kenapa Yach ?
