Ini adalah pengalaman pribadi, pada saat itu tanggal 24 Januari 2018 sekitar jam 08:00, saya berniat beli PREMIUM. Di tempat itu premium hanya di kasih jalur tengah, sedangkan jalur kanan dan kiri untuk PERTALITE. Saya mengantri +_ 20 menitan,, tapi pas sampe giliran saya,, si mba nya berkata "pertalite aja yah ?" . Dengan alasan premiumnya sedang di betulkan.
Coba saja mikir! Sudah ngantri lama2 , premiumnya malah gak ada! Seharusnya bisa kan, ngomong dari awal, semenjak ada motor yang ngantri di tengah!!!
DISAPPOINTING!
This is a personal experience, at that time on January 24, 2018 around 08:00, I intended to buy PREMIUM. In that place the premium is only given in the middle lane, while the right and left lane for PERTALITE. I queue up + _ 20 minutes ,, but when it was my turn ... the mba said "just pertalite, yeah?" . With the reason the premium is being corrected.
Just think! It's been waiting a long time, the premium isn't even there! It should be possible, right from the start, since there is a motorbike lining up in the middle !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sering banget ke sini. Pelayanan nya bagus, toilet nya bersih, ada minimarket nya, mushola nya juga lumayan besar untuk ukuran pom bensin d tengah kota. Mantap lah..
Come here often. The service is good, the toilet is clean, there is a minimarket, the mosque is also quite large for a gas station in the middle of the city. Great ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong untuk pihak management SPBU agar memperhatikan kualitas dan pelayanan terutama di pengisian BBM Solar, sudah 2 bulan terakhir.. untuk print/bon solar.. tidak pernah di perbaiki, karena stiap pembelian bbm hrus ada bukti struk pembayaran.. jangan pake manual terus.. jika msh sprti itu.. pelanggan pd kabur

Not friendly staff with the name Untung S. Look for a new one if you're not being trained anymore. So lazy to fill in here again. Please take action so that no one else is disappointed like me.
