★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soto Kuning mirip dengan Soto Betawi. Baru pertama kali makan soto ini, enak juga kaya soto Betawi, tapi dagingnya lebih empuk (mungkin direbus lama).
Sayangnya, kuahnya agak asin, istri saya yg pesan soto juga mengatakan yg sama. Dan nasinya terlalu lembek, kurang cocok dengan soto yg berkuah.
 Soto Kuning is similar to Soto Betawi. It's the first time eating this soup, it's also delicious like Soto Betawi, but the meat is softer (maybe boiled for a long time).
Unfortunately, the broth is a bit salty, my wife who ordered the soup also said the same. And the rice is too mushy, doesn't match the soup.

Semuanya enak dan dimasak lembut dan gurih.
Kuahnya yang kuning terasa gurih segar dan ringan.
Potongan isian daging dimasak dengan dengan bumbu ringan dan dimasak sampai empuk.
Rasanya yang segar, gurih ringan membuat nagih.
Kalau Sabtu dan Minggu biasanya antri, biar tidak kehabisan datang sebelum jam 8 atau 9. Karena biasanya sudah habis sekitar 2-3 jam setelah buka.
Meskipun harganya agak sedikit lebih mahal , tapi soto mie kuning pak Asep yang berada di Jl. Suryakencana Bogor ini sangat direkomendasikan untuk dicoba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penjualnya ramah, rasa cocok untuk penyuka manis, potongan isian sotonya besar, harga per potong 13 ribu. Buka sejak jam 8 dan dalam waktu 2 jam menu an sudah mulai habis. Jika ingin menikmati isian soto yang masih lengkap maka datanglah pagi hari.
