The place is comfortable, the employees are friendly and most importantly receive eyeglasses claims using BPJS, all you have to do is bring the documents provided from level 2 health facilities (Hospitals / Eye Poly).

The place is comfortable, the employees are friendly and explain in detail when I ask a lot of questions because it's the first time I know about this and the most important thing is to receive a glasses claim using BPJS, just bring the documents given from the level 2 health facility (Hospital/Eye Poly).
