★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave only three stars when I tried the fried oxtail soup at pakubuwono branch, this time I wanna give a five. not because of the real boiled oxtail soup, but for the kremes duck. it is very tasty, tender, has quite thick salty and fatty skin. too be honest, combined with the chili sauce, they tasted like the haji slamet fried duck. the difference is the kremes even though it is additional, that surrounding it is tasty as well. the kremes is crunchy outside and a bit harden and dense inside because wet, but in the end that makes the texture unique. I ate the duck with pecel rice that comes with a scrambled egg. the pecel rice is delicious too. the peanut sauce is just right, not too sweet, and not too watery.
