Soto noodles, Soto noodles (or Mee soto in Malaysia and Singapore) [1] (Raw Sundanese script: ᮞᮧᮒᮧ ᮙᮤᮈ) are dishes of spiced broth commonly found in Indonesia, more precisely in Sunda, Bogor, West Java. This Sundanese cuisine is now not only found in Indonesia, but this dish is now well known in Malaysia and Singapore. Noodles mean egg noodles from wheat flour, salt, and eggs, while made soto refers to a typical Indonesian soup dish. In Indonesia soup noodles are considered one type of soto or berkuah noodle dish, while in Malaysia and Singapore this dish is called mee soto.
