Large orders should be more professional....printout machines are often broken...the service takes a long time.....management should promise a more professional soul...the customers are already many and well-known....don't go to amateur restaurants.. ..

Input from me. Please improve the service, the employees don't smile at all. Asking castamers to stay quiet makes them annoyed. Want to ask for the menu? Just don't bother listening to the ears. Look for the right employee if you have caffe. I'll order Coffee & other menus waited for almost 1 hour even though it was quiet. I was busy chatting. Why do employees work like that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toilet laki laki yang di lantai 2 jorok pesing dan kotor, karena ojol pada sliweran pake toilet pria lantai 2 nya, jarang diguyur kemproh. Tolong dtingkatkan kebersihan toilet lantai 2nya, atau ojol dilarang pake toilet saja, saran saya.
Untuk toilet wanita lantai 1 sdh lmyn bersih.
Saran membangun saja ya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ what an awful experience, purchased through online app and got my order confirmed even i ard got my driver and confirming i was in the line. turns out my order got cancelled by the store after 10 minutes of waiting without any confirmation, kinda sus bcz i used promos beforehand but the store then closed and remove the promos, LOL. also its my first purchased ever with jiwa group, guess wont even bother to try it next time
