★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Way too pricey than average printing price, especially on A2 paper, I have to pay around 60k/A2 full color print, total 300k (Even it was just HVS paper). I would rather go somewhere further for cheaper print.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this Snapy for some small photocopy job, the staff on level 2 who assisted me with the photocopying had the worst attitude. He wasnt friendly at all; rather he was cold and sickly firm as to when he spoke, it gave away an impression that was he was a superior manager with power to bring anyone down (who is ofcourse emotionally unstable. No psychologically healthy person with exemplary leadership would do this).
Another worst thing was when he made small mistakes along the way, he gave in or in other words, nicer. But soon he changed his attitude to the firm psychologically sick managerial persona and spoke in a bossy manner. Which only proves how real the facade he was putting on. The senior staff who worked alongside of him didnt have any reaction whatsoever with his attitude. On my way to the first floor I accidentally locked eyes with another staff and he rolled his eyes. What an amazing service.
I have been to several Snapy stores, have been served by different staff members from those stores and most majority of the staff are friendly and helpful. The staff from this Snapy are not. They are very rude. I will never come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the first time you arrive you will get a queue number, chairs are provided to wait, then customers will be called in the order to the table that has been provided, to send files it is very easy to use flash, email, and WA, customers will be served by one staff, the process fast, neat, professional printing, even though the price offered is quite expensive but it is equivalent to the service provided
