★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plus dsini adalah perawatnya helpful. Dokternya juga, KECUALI FITRIANI yang attitudenya dipertanyakan. Ngeliatin pasien dr atas sampe bawah dgn tatapan yg krg enak. Perlukah?
Pertanyaan yg diajukan jg kurang make sense dan terkesan tidak tulus.
Tolong ingat2 lagi sumpah dokter anda ya mbak.
Hati hati. Cek dulu siapa dokter umum yg bertugas bila anda tidak mau menyesal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan admin bpjs kurang ramah. Dokter ngga dateng tepat waktu, ngaretnya luar biasa dateng jam 7 malem dokter br sampai sekitar setengah 9 malem, nunggunya lama banget, dan waktu itu lg diare, pengalaman terburuk emang diare tp kudu nunggu lama.
Ruangan periksanya terkesan shady dengan penerangan yg agak remang. Jd tidak terkesan clean
Positifnya, dokternya ramah obat diarenya manjur, apotekernya juga ramah.
Adminnya aja yg engga, dan disaat nunggu dokter, ada pegawai yg tidur tiduran youtuban di ruangan khusus utk menyusui menurut saya sangat kurang etis
Tidak rekomended kalau misal urgent, kecuali pelayanan bs ditingkatkan lagi. Akhirnya saya memutuskan pindah faskes saja
The bpjs admin service is not friendly. The doctor didn't come on time, the amazing thing was that he came at 7 pm the doctor arrived around half past 9 pm, the wait was really long, and at that time I had diarrhea, the worst experience was diarrhea but had to wait a long time.
The examination room seemed shady with slightly dim lighting. So it doesn't seem clean
On the positive side, the doctor is friendly, the diarrhea medicine is effective, the pharmacist is also friendly.
It's just the admin who doesn't, and while waiting for the doctor, there are employees lying on YouTube in a special room for breastfeeding in my opinion, it's very unethical
Not recommended if for example it is urgent, unless the service can be improved again. Finally I decided to just move the health facility

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BURUK SEKALI SEMUA PELAYANAN KLINIK INI!!!!! 30 Maret jam 21:30 WIB.
Begitu datang dilantai dasar, cuma ditanya nama, disuruh keatas. Ada 3 orang petugas sibuk ngobrol kenceng bgt. Dan tanpa seragam. Kayak ngerasa ngongkrong di gang rumahan.
Begitu masuk ruang tindakan, dokternya kaya gak ada attitude dokter. Cuma ditanya gejala apa sama tes kolesterol. dikasih resep TANPA DILAKUKAN TINDAK PEMERIKSAAN!!!! Cuma duduk ngobrol doang.. name tag dokternya gak keliatan, dibalik menghadap bajunya.
Begitu turun tebus resep obat, saya mau bayar. Tapi katanya mesin EDC NYA MATI GAK BISA GESEK. Diarahkan transfer ke BCA atas nama NAFILLA DIAMOND. tqpi saya akhirnya bayar cash..
Buat semua, SANGAT SANGAT SANGAT GAK RECOMEND KLINIK INI!!!

ALL THE SERVICES OF THIS CLINIC ARE VERY BAD!!!!! March 30 at 21:30 WIB.
When they arrived on the ground floor, they were only asked for their name, they were told to go upstairs. There were 3 officers busy chatting loudly. And without uniform. It's like feeling like hanging out in an alley at home.
As soon as he entered the operating room, the doctor didn't seem to have a doctor's attitude. Just asked what the symptoms are with the cholesterol test. given a recipe WITHOUT ANY INSPECTION !!! Just sitting and chatting... the doctor's name tag is not visible, it's behind his shirt.
As soon as I redeem the prescription, I want to pay. But he said the EDC machine was OFF CAN'T FRICTION. Directed transfer to BCA on behalf of NAFILLA DIAMOND. but i finally paid cash..
For all, VERY VERY VERY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feeling super fatigue because of illness, the staff asked me to fill in some data where I was so dizzy and having super headache. Probably because I was using company health insurance and they gave me crappy service.
The doctor is not the type of doctor who will listen to your health history, he just wanted me to clarify the symptoms I have at the moment.
However, the receptionists were trying to be friendly when one of the medicine prescribed was not available and I had to seek to a pharmacy near Harapan Kita hospital.

I will update the review if I get the good news from here. Btw I was twice here using BPJS service. The service is ok, fast diagnosis from the doctor.
