★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is cozy enough. The beds a lil bit dirty though. There are ex eyalashes on the sheets maybe bcs they were too busy serving the customer so they forget to clean the mess. I was here once. All I get is a so-so service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nail tech was not very friendly. The service was so-so. I did an eyelash extension & manicure-pedicure here. The eyelash extension did not look natural (I did Velvet mink in 9 & 10), I ended up taking it off two days after. The extension feels very uncomfortable, the glue hurts a lot. As for the mani-pedi, the nail tech didn't tell me that painting my nails (transparent) cost extra. Long story short, I was not satisfied and don't really recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dyed my hair here and kinda surprise when I was about to pay because what's on the price list won't be the same with what you pay. Sure it's because my hair need to be bleached couple of times, but before they do service, it's nice to give heads-up first to customer. Feel like I've been robbed. Overheard a few customer had the same reaction as mine. But hey, cute place.

The place is quite small, it seems to me that the tools for nail treatment are not regularly sanitized.
There's only one male stylist. I once was handled by one therapist for variation blow dry because the stylist was handling another customer, but her work was disappointing.
If you do not like going to the mall for nail & treatment, this place can be considered, but the results are "average", but quite pricey. The nail treatment is quite cheap, tho.
